Planning March 1-14 Finalize your member JDs, your team purpose, and your team plan. Your team plan is the 12 week breakdown of activities and KPIs for the whole semester. This is how you can track your members when they start working. Your team purpose is how your area and your team contributes to our four programs and our vision.

Enjoy your holidays! But remember, two weeks is a long time. Use this time wisely to prepare your new team members and make sure they stay motivated. You can do some of the following things: Training -have a virtual team meeting to do goal-setting with your members -prepare education booklets for your team to read more about tips and tricks in their area Tracking -have small, area-specific tasks for them that they can complete online Plan
First Sprint! April 13-26

In these two weeks, you can do the following things: Tracking -set your team values and team rules -start having weekly team meetings -education, tracking, and Coaching performance coaching

In these four weeks, repeat the cycle of weekly team meetings, which can include: -training and education -KPIs checking -team coaching As well, review member KPIs weekly and address problems immediately through performance coaching and mentoring. You can also do a teambuilding in the middle of the second sprint.

Use these final two weeks to finish strong! Hold your final team meetings, making sure to cover the following: -final KPIs checking -team and individual performance coaching and mentoring
In this week, have the first monthly reflection and evaluation talk with your members. You can hold a monthly review to do the following things: -review the plan for the previous month, and review both accomplishments and gaps -plan ahead for the next month -review personal and professional development

Second Reflection June 1-7 In this week, you can have another monthly review to discuss what happened in May. You can do the following: -review the plan for the previous month, including accomplishments and gaps -gear up for the final sprint -team feedback
