Courtside News

The winter tennis is still going on but hopefully, we will see some warmer weather soon and be able to get to work on opening up the clay courts at the end of March. Please stay off of them (ie, no hitting against the walls) until we have nets up on the courts. Foot traffic on them before they are firm can be damaging.

USTA league play will be starting at the end of March. If you have an interest in playing, please get in touch with Bill and he will direct you to the correct captain.

League play involves matches against the various local clubs and goes from the end of March until the end of May.

PICKLE & PINOT

Join us at the courts for two pickleball socials in the month of January! On the first night, drinks will be served down at the courts for a late-night evening of pickleball matches and beverages. On night two, we have teamed up with the kitchen crew to provide an after-game dinner and social! Please register by at least 3 days in advance through the events calendar. Keep a lookout for emails with opportunities to register early.

We will be doing some spring break tennis camps for juniors and adults so please contact Bill for info on that.

Regards,

Bill Barber Director of Tennis
