COURTSIDE NEWS

With spring being right around the corner we are excited for outdoor tennis! We will begin the process of preparing the outdoor courts for play This includes laying clay, hanging wind screens, nailing lines, and rolling the courts so they are firm and have good bounce We look are looking to have this process done by mid-April.

'Chair Yoga - a Breath of Fresh Air'
by Patty Coleman
Moving from a mat to a chair was so beneficial for this “senior” After an hour of chair yoga with Paula exercising deep yogic breathing, loosening and stretching painful muscles and especially in my case, addressing chronic pain in my neck and lower back, I am ready to move on with my day fully relaxed and with a renewed spirit. My comradeship with fellow yogis is an added bonus!
