Please fix ball marks on the putting greens, fill divots in the fairway with sand or replace your divot
90 degree cart path rule – When we are 90 degree cart rule for the day this simply means to stay on the cart path until you are at a 90 degree angle to your golf ball then drive onto the fairway to your ball. Please do not drive past the wooden posts in the fairways, drive 90 degrees back to the cart path.
Please remain on the cart paths at all times when playing Par 3s.
When hitting balls on the driving range please keep all shots within the boundary of the range, PLEASE DO NOT HIT SHOTS OVER THE NET TOWARDS #17 GREEN.

Physical Therapy at CCA
As with most athletics, the hips are the often-forgotten powerhouse of the golf swing A golf swing can be compared to the pulling back and shooting of a rubber band, also known as a stretch-shortening cycle During the backswing, muscles of the lower, middle, and upper body are stretched (increasing potential energy) and then released (shortened or contracted) during the downswing. This potential energy is increased with your ability to wind up the muscles to their full potential, including the optimal mobility in the hips.
