From JP, “The Team from Porters Neck Country Club worked well together last night in Raleigh, North Carolina cooking for the Cooking for the Kids Charity Chefs Challenge Executive Chef Peter Meriam and his Fiancé(Our Pastry Chef) Emily Montimurro crushed it… Peters first course the Watercress Bisque was the point that I saw one of the best looking plates of the evening. Chef Emily’s Dessert was a Force to be reckoned with it was a play on a PB&J!”
