Our own Porters Neck Country Club's Executive Chef Peter will walk through the process of cooking and plating Pan Roasted Salmon with a Lemon Dill Cream Sauce. From the correct trimming and pan sautéing of the main course to making the sauce and finishing the entree. And Voila....how to plate the final presentation. And if you are not a fan of Salmon, we are also offering a Country Cobb Salad as an alternative.. Please select one of the following plated options when making your reservation:

Option 1: Pan Roasted Salmon with Lemon Dill Cream, Rice Pilaf, and Garlic Green Beans

Option 2: Country Cobb Salad with Avocado Ranch

Chef's Choice Dessert with Both Options
