Recipe: http://bit.ly/March-Cookie-2020
Growing up, my great grandmother would always hand out heath bars for the holidays. That and a five dollar bill for every birthday, Christmas and even the Easter card she would hand out. She has been gone for a few years now, but anytime I have a heath bar I think of her. This cookie is a delicious balance of cookie dough and heath bar crunch. EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
January: Manuel Martinez I have found Manuel to be a very hard worker. He will stay to see a job complete. He works unaided with an attitude and pride to do a great job. I know without his loyalty to his job and super work ethics, I would not be able to have the success, that we have today. Summing it up, pride, loyalty and commitment to what McConnell Golf Stands for makes Manuel a super choice for employee of the month. February: Thomas Walker As a 5 ½ year employee of our Club, Thomas Walker continues to provide exceptional customer service daily to the Raleigh Country Club Membership, as well as graciously assisting other departments of the Club when asked. His positive attitude along with his expertise in club fittings and running our RCC Junior Golf Programs makes him a superstar in our Golf Operations.
