This time of year I always love to share some helpful habits to support your wellness
We are entering what used to be called Flu season but now it's just about keeping immunity UP! I thought I would list 5 quick things I consider the MOST important
1 ) Vitamin D - Please get your Vitamin D levels checked by your doctor and adjust whatever you need to do to make sure it is perfect for YOUR body Also It's important to take K2 when taking D3 And don't forget your Magnesium.
2 ) Immune supporting foods - These are so important! Zinc-rich foods, Grass-fed meats, and foods like Broccoli, Cauliflower, Strawberries, Bell Peppers, lovely fruits like citrus, berries, and apples are priceless to our immune systems Do yourself a big favor and take a sweet moment to indul
3.)Probiotics-Sauerkrautisoneofmyfavsbutifyoucan'tappreciatebrine,tryeatingalotofyogurt,cottagecheese,orKefir.
(I love to sub yogurt or Avocado for mayo in my Shrimp, Tuna, or Chicken salad You can always do half and half or less until you get used to it Andaddingslicedalmonds, cranberries, nuts, tochoppedsaladsisagreatwaytohideamazingnutrition).
4.) It's quick and easy and simply a no brainer . . . HYDRATE !!! And don't forget, in the fall it gets dry and there's also ragweed blooming. This combo can quite possibly cause major sinus issues Protect yourself by drinking lots of water, employing a nasal irrigation device like neti pots and utilizing a saline spray. In addition you might also try using Vaseline or other nasal protectant. Adding extra electrolytes is also a good idea that'sworthit'sweightingold!!
5) Working out - now, here is something you need to pay attention to also It may feel tempting to get into a rut of wanting to feel warm, cozy, and complacent But whatever you do, try not to go there Studies show that even when bears hibernate, they are never the same the next season.Besides, youareNOTabear!

Junior USTA Tennis Tournament
On October 19-20, our junior players will take center stage for the annual Junior Tennis Tournament. This event is a highlight of the fall season, providing our young athletes with a chance to shine! We’ll have multiple age divisions, ensuring competitive play for all participants The tournament will take place all weekend, making the courts unavailable for member play; however, if you have some free time and want to see some good junior level tennis stop on by!
