Event Confirmation | 2021 Management Conference We are delighted that you will be joining us for the 2021 FHLBank Chicago Management Conference on August 5-6, 2021. This email serves as a final confirmation of your registration requests.

Event Details

THURSDAY, AUGUST 5 Reception | The Old Post Office Rooftop, The Meadow | 6-8:30 p.m. CT Complimentary valet parking is available at The Old Post Office (433 W. Van Buren).

Reception attire is business casual.

Trolley service is provided to and from the JW Marriott Hotel. Trolleys will depart at 5:45 p.m. from the lobby of the hotel and run every 15 minutes until 6:30 p.m. Trolleys will return to pick guests up after the reception starting at 8 p.m. and will run until 8:30 p.m.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols In the indoor common areas of the Old Post Office, the Old Post Office recommends that masks are worn.

If you are participating in the in-person viewing option in our office, masks are required to be worn as you move throughout our office regardless of vaccination status.

Masks are not required when eating or drinking, and when in a conference room where there is proper social distancing such as our conference viewing room (Springfield and Madison conference rooms).

For additional information on the COVID-19 safety protocols in place for our in-person viewing option at the Old Post Office, please visit our conference website.

We continue to monitor developments and guidance from the CDC, State of Illinois, and City of Chicago; if anything should change with our COVID-19 safety protocols, we will communicate any pertinent updates to you in advance of the event.

We suggest opening the link and joining the event 15 minutes prior to the start to ensure your connection is established. You will see the program title slide when you join, but audio will not be heard until the presentations begin.
