Welcome to our latest Quarterly report for Wyoming. The first quarter of this year has continued strong and remained consistent. Following on from 2016, a magnificent year for real estate on the Central Coast, with Wyoming’s median house price up by 9.4%. Today’s market presents a once in a lifetime opportunity for sellers. We are currently experiencing an oversupply of buyers with the majority of both enquiry and sales coming from outside of the local area in particular the Sydney metropolitan area. These buyers are seeing much more value for money in this suburb in comparison to Sydney.
