Welcome to my end of financial year report, the spring market is upon us! Traditionally, winter means fewer available properties for buyers, and this has again been indicated over the last few months. The benefits for vendors in this case are improved clearance rates and reduced days on market – some of the best sale prices are achieved during August and September. We are in contact with a number of buyers who are eager to purchase, and with stock levels still low, this is the perfect time to sell before the busier months of October and November.
