We will always review the rent 90 days prior to the expiry of a fixed term agreement. You will be supplied with comparable properties to provide accurate data to maximise your return.

Tenancy applications will be thoroughly checked including TRA and TICA and the outcome communicated to you and the prospective tenant within 24-48 hours.
