A word from Mark McCann
Don’t you just love this time of year? The days are getting longer and the temperature is starting to rise. The market has also been rising and I’ve noticed more competition from buyers lately. Several of the properties I’ve sold in the last couple of months have had multiple buyers competing against each other which is resulting in higher sale prices than originally expected. Hopefully this will be the end of the doom and gloom about property prices in the media and the Canberra market will continue to rise just like the rest of the country has over the last year. Living in Wanniassa provides me with the ability to be a specialist in our area. I am therefore able to keep a good eye on exactly what is happening in the market on a day to day basis, so if you have any questions of a real estate nature please feel free to call me any time.
