Located in the picturesque Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park and set right on the water’s edge, Galley Foods is serving up the freshest of produce from the Hawkesbury region and beyond.

Opened in late 2008 by Morgan Forbes and Luci Bell, Galley Foods began purely as a cafe with a blackboard menu. After one year, Galley Foods expanded by taking over the shop next door separating the takeaway into a Kiosk. The main area, now licensed, became a more serious foodie haunt and with the addition of head chef Mark Zavone and sous chef Jamie Sutherland, Galley Foods was able to develop into an award winning Mediterranean restaurant. Despite his busy schedule at Galley Foods, Zavone somehow finds the time to work on his other initiative being a culinary consulting service. Here Mark works with other establishments in-house staff to help develop menus suitable for their clientele.
