A word on the market from your local team
The last quarter of the financial year has seen the strong results continue as market factors remain quite favourable for the Mosman market. With lower than average stock levels the demand for quality properties remains high and with interest rates remaining on hold by the Reserve Bank it is allowing more purchasing power for buyers to take advantage of the record low rates. As the cooler weather sets in we expect stock levels to remain low until spring. Traditionally this selling period delivers strong sales results as sellers have less competition and buyers who are determined to secure their dream home in the Mosman area will not want to miss out. The end of the financial year also saw our Team performing extremely well with an average Auction clearance rate of 85% and Average Days on Market of just 18 days. We are
