We will always review the rent 90 days prior to the expiry of a fixed term agreement. You will be supplied with comparable properties to provide accurate data to maximise your return.

We will carry out a minimum of 2 inspections per year and provide a detailed report to you with photos. Normal repair requests will be attended to within 2 working days, urgent repairs within 4 hours.

You will have access to our online portal 24/7 anywhere in the world with details of your tenancy.
•
We will follow up on all rent arrears, quickly, and in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010.

Tenancy applications will be thoroughly checked and the outcome communicated to you and the tenant within 24 hours.
