4. The day you list with us, we’ll email our database of qualified potential tenants. Your property will be listed on major real estate websites (including mcgrath.com.au).
1. We start by understanding your investment goals, what you require from the property now and over the long-term, and any special characteristics of your property that people will connect with.
5. We’ll show prospective tenants through your property personally. They can then apply online, and we’ll carry out a detailed assessment of their references and identity checks before selecting the most suitable tenants.
2. Then we can determine a potential rental range, and look into any aspects of the property that may cause concern to prospective tenants. We’ll take care of those right at the beginning.
6. Before the tenant moves in, we’ll document the condition of your property in a detailed report with photos. That gives you peace of mind, should anything happen at any time during the tenancy.
3. Now it’s time to make your property look its absolute best, with professional photography and the right balance of print and online advertising.
7. Then we’ll set up regular inspections and rental review periods, and ensure you receive ongoing support and advice with all aspects of your investment.
