Listed for Auction off the back of a record price of $1.1m we got for 6 Vaymont Place Wednesday we took a buyer from Sydney (McGrath database) for their first inspection Saturday we held first OFI and Sydney buyer had a second inspection Sunday we held a second OFI and one of our other current vendors came through and expressed interest Sunday afternoon and Monday we had a multi offer situation and negotiated an offer $30k higher than my vendors expectation from the Sydney buyers Vendors and buyers were absolutely delighted
