Job description Select the OC team with the Conference Manager and ensure their development Responsible for planning, tracking and budgeting of conference Financial and operational management and reporting Ensure overall delivery and quality of conference Accountability to AIESEC in Portugal 16.17 MC team
Provide support for the achievement of conference objectives together with Agenda Manager Delivery of post conference evaluation and report
Create and follow up a plan for the conference with the help of the Conference Manager Have weekly meetings or more with the OC team and Conference Manager Evaluate the work of the team and make an outcome which can be useful for
