1. Prior Analysis For M!P we need you to ensure that all "agrupamentos" of schools are in this SPREADSHEET with all the data required in the columns [SITE to do the research of "agrupamentos“ with all info needed]. Instructions:
LCs from Lisbon: must fill all information required of the “agrupamentos” they are temporarily responsible for in the sheet. Only after this the LCs must write in the first column the NAME OF LC if the agrupamento has had EPs realizing from 2014 until now or have pending opens from previous editions, otherwise should leave it blank because it will be free for allocation.
LCs out of Lisbon: must fill all information required in the sheet and only after this in the first column write YES if the enabler has had EPs realizing from 2014 until now or have pending opens from previous editions, otherwise write NO.
1. Prior Analysis All schools which have had realizations since 2014 until now or have pending opens will be automatically allocated to the LC that has delivered it, meaning that the “agrupamento” of this school is automatically allocated as well. For this matter an auditing process will take place , the MC will ask for the signed contracts of some of them. In the case of “agrupamentos” with allocation conflict because more than one LC has had realizations since 2014 in its schools, LCs will maintain the allocation of the schools within the same “agrupamento” and will sort between them the allocation of the remaining schools with the MC consultancy. All the schools which have had EPs realizing since 2014 until now or have pending opens should be added to Hubspot with all information that it requires filled and with the Status "Previous Allocation" by the time the LC wants to contact them and in the next Allocation Cycle it will be checked for approval but will not be considered as part of the HPL. The deadline for the sheet of “agrupamentos” to be filled is the 24th of August.
2. Allocation Cycles Allocation Cycles will happen every Tuesday and Thursday, meaning that enablers will be checked for approval every Tuesday and Thursday by the MC/NST. This means that allocations requested from Tuesday until Wednesday will be checked for approval on the following Thursday and allocations requested from Thursday to Monday will be checked for approval in the following Tuesday. 2.1 Allocation Cycles for M!P 1st Step
2nd Step
3rd Step
4th Step
Choose strategically 5 “agrupamentos”
Request “agrupamentos” in the SHEET
Request schools to contact in Hubspot
Contact schools in 10 working days
2. Allocation Cycles 1. LCs must choose 5 "agrupamentos" to contact that sum to a limit of 20 to 25 schools.
2. Then LCs will put in the spreadsheet above mentioned the LC NAME in the column "Allocation Requested" (if from Lisbon) or YES in the same column (if you're not from Lisbon). 3. After this LCs will add all the schools of the “agrupamento” (previously requested) they want to contact in Hubspot by the 25th of August at 6pm with the Status "New" and entities will be checked for approval on the following Thursday and the Allocation Cycles begin. 4. LCs should contact all schools approved for contact in a period of 10 working days (Status label change for “Contacted”) and a new group of 5 “agrupamentos” can only be requested when LCs have schedule meetings with 50% of schools approved for contact (Status label change for “Meeting”) or received 50% of negative answers (Status label change for “Not Interested”). The suggestion before changing the label to “Not Interested” is to do at least: • • •
3 calls not answered 2 emails sent to 2 different people not answered Going to the school physically 1 time and not scheduling meeting
By changing Status label for “Not Interested” LCs cannot contact schools again and schools will be nurtured by the national B2B team, which will re-approve schools for contact once they are ready for it.

2. Allocation Cycles 2. After this LCs will add 10 enablers they want to contact by the 25th of August in Hubspot with the Status "New" and entities will be checked for approval on the following Thursday and the Allocation Cycles begins. 3. The suggestion before changing the label to “Not Interested” is to do at least: • 3 calls not answered • 2 emails sent to 2 different people not answered • Going to the enabler physically 1 time and not scheduling meeting By changing Status label for “Not Interested” LCs cannot contact enablers again and schools will be nurtured by the national B2B team, which will re-approve enablers for contact once they are ready for it.
3. Next Peaks Every peak allocations will be reset, meaning that LCs will only keep the ones that have had realizations in the previous 2 years and all the rest will be free to be allocated through Allocations Cycles again.
