Membership Control – AIESEC in Portugal One of the drivers of the MC Diffucion is fast and simple processes, for it we believe we need to manage our resources in a smart way in order to foster a sustainable and disruptively growth. One of the steps to achieve this goal is the membership control in real time in AIESEC in Portugal through podio, which will allow us to work with productivity, retention, design our members profile and improve our convertion rate in a pratical and simple way. Since the CRM implementation (Customer Relationship Management) someone will only be considered a member of AIESEC in Portugal after the registration in the platform. Implementation Timeline • Basic Instructions: The VP TM will be responsible for sharing the form with the whole LC to guarantee all the members in the platform ultil 8th august, and the new members should be allocated in the national CRM until one week after RIMT. • All the VPs TM and LCPs will be added in the workspace with the regular access.
• When opening the member registration, it will be possible to edit the following information: • Member status, date of exit in the organization and reason of exit. • Everyone should answer the form: MC, NST, LCP, VP, Manager, TL and members.
