NST ATIVA Manager The project manager of Ativa will be responsible to work on specific guidelines for the project, follow up and train the OCPs and OC members of each entity running the project, also will be in charge of tracking the processes part of the customer flow to ensure better conversion rate, sustainability and operations executed in a proper timeline.

NST IGV Development Learn how to define national strategies in order to scale up the operations. Analytical mindset, understanding how to create IR strategies. As this person is in charge of improvement of IGV processes, including sustainability, will be the responsible for national Host Family program as well. Responsibilities: - Host Families management -International relations management -Partnership quality reporting -Manage communication channels with LCs and partners
