TM LC TRACKER Responsibilities • Coaching with VPs TM monthly • Follow up fortnightly with coachees for tracking of TM strategies at the local level • Output of Individual chats (to be conferred by MCVP and LCP) • Monthly meeting with the MCVP LCD (NST meeting) • Presence in the TM network meetings • Basic understanding of operations tiers and TM evolutions • Create and manage materials for the network according to the network education needs Requirements • Previous experience as VP TM (HR) or LCP

MAKE !T POSSIBLE PROJECT MANAGER The project manager of Make it Possible will be responsible to work on specific guidelines for the project, follow up and train the OCPs and OC members of each entity running the project, also will be in charge of tracking the processes part of the customer flow to ensure better conversion rate, sustainability and operations executed in a proper timeline. Responsibilities • Research on potential financial partners • Follow up on sales and account management in LCs • Follow up on opening and matching process • Create a final report with recommendations for next edition Requirements

Learn how to create compelling B2B visual materials that engages and converts the audience (Multinationals, SMEs and Start-Up). Responsibilities: •
