LCD


TM LC TRACKER Responsibilities • Coaching with VPs TM monthly • Follow up fortnightly with coachees for tracking of TM strategies at the local level • Output of Individual chats (to be conferred by MCVP and LCP) • Monthly meeting with the MCVP LCD (NST meeting) • Presence in the TM network meetings • Basic understanding of operations tiers and TM evolutions • Create and manage materials for the network according to the network education needs Requirements • Previous experience as VP TM (HR) or LCP

KPI’s • #Individual Chat Monthly with all the LCs (monthly performance above 80%) • #Follow up fortnightly and monthly Reports


Expansions Manager Responsibilities KPI’s • Market analysis for expansions

• OGX promotion in potencial market

Global Entrepreneur Manager Questionnaire 1.

What are the 3 main bottlenecks in your perspective according the performance of the program? Describe them and tell how to overcome that!

MAKE !T POSSIBLE PROJECT MANAGER The project manager of Make it Possible will be responsible to work on specific guidelines for the project, follow up and train the OCPs and OC members of each entity running the project, also will be in charge of tracking the processes part of the customer flow to ensure better conversion rate, sustainability and operations executed in a proper timeline. Responsibilities • Research on potential financial partners • Follow up on sales and account management in LCs • Follow up on opening and matching process • Create a final report with recommendations for next edition Requirements

• Previous experience in EB or IGCDP and Physical availability

Make it Possible Project Manager Questionnaire 1. What is our biggest issue regarding value delivery in Make it Possible? Describe 2 innovative strategies to solve this bottleneck. 2. Propose 3 strategies to reduce to one week or less the matching process of Make it Possible, keeping high standards. 3. How will you make ‘Make it Possible’ sustainable in every LC while increasing in results? Propose 3 strategies.

B2B VISUAL STORYTELLER (CAN BE VIRTUAL XP) Responsible for the whole brand visual experience of iGIP Enablers - Global Entrepreneurs and Global Talent - and BD Partners, ensuring thus attraction strategies through visual content marketing materials. Learn how to create compelling B2B visual materials that engages and converts the audience (Multinationals, SMEs and Start-Up). Responsibilities: •

Co-create & plan B2B Campaigns for iGIP Enablers with the rest of the NST B2B Team

Create entity's Graphic Design Materials for Global Entrepreneurs, Global Talent and AIESEC brand

Ensuring a visual experience that converts Strangers to Leads to the B2B audience across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Youtube, ISSUU) and formats (Infographics, Videos, Case Studies, eBooks, Newsletters, Website Visuals, etc.)

Implementing international brand guidelines, by delivering creative and innovative Content Marketing visuals

Responsible for Real-Time Marketing Strategies in LinkedIn

Measure the effectiveness of materials, A/B testing of different visuals and weekly reporting

Requirements:

Graphic Design (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) & Aesthetics

Professional Video Editing Tools (Adobe Premiere and/or other)

Portuguese Speaking Applicant

Experience in Marketing & iGIP and/or oGIP (preferably, not mandatory)

Describe 3 innovative B2B Content Marketing Visual strategies to implement for Attraction of Start-Ups (Global Entrepreneurs target) and 3 more for SMEs (as Global Talent Target).

Funds & Grants (Centre Manager) The center manager will be the responsible for the creation of the database of funds, research funds and grants for AIESEC in Portugal and manage the applications processes.
