During the International Furniture Exhibition
week, each one of the world-famous seven Chefs
will prepare a 4 courses dinner with matching wines,
after the aperitif served with Chef Sergio Mei’s
special appetizers. During the event dinner, the starring
Chef will also perform a Show Cooking, to
demonstrate the preparation of a particular menu dish.
