Where did the Busy Mum Program come from? Busy Mum Fitness was founded by Kelly Rennie, trainer, gym owner and mother of two girls – Vaeh and Eden. Kelly underwent her own fat loss and fitness transformation before moving into the fitness industry 8 years ago. She has gone on to pursue her love for helping others, through her online Busy Mum Program, and through her gyms. After having two children in two years as well as working full time, Kelly realized the need for a program to helps mums through tough times to achieve a life/work balance, with lasting results and live a happy healthy life. This is when Kelly designed the 8 Week Busy Mum Program which focusses on her 5 step simple system which has now become the No.1 Program around the world with over 1000 mums transformed!
