Multi-site made simple with Paxton10
axton’s combined video management and access control platform, Paxton10, has received another innovative and highly anticipated update. The award-winning system now allows administrators to manage multiple sites, spanning cities, countries and even continents. Paxton10 is the newest and most powerful system developed by the international security manufacturer Paxton. It first launched in the UK in 2019 and is now available to Paxton customers in Ireland, France,

Germany, Scandinavia, South Africa, Benelux and the U.S. The new system is critically acclaimed among industry experts, as well as a favourite for Paxton installers. One Paxton installer and the Managing Director of Seen Services, Bradley Lucas, said of Paxton10: “Due to its simple out of the box installation process, this is our go to access control solution. The system can be managed with ease from anywhere. Our engineers love using it, as do our clients.” Paxton have been developing
and updating Paxton10 based on real-time feedback from their installers and end-users. This is to maximise the systems future potential for expanding businesses with multiple sites, and public spaces such as school clusters or healthcare trusts. The installer and customer needs are what continues to drive the direction of Paxton10, which is leading the way as a unique combined system that can now support multi-site management. With the latest software release, it is now possible for up to 100 sites
The Multi-site feature in Paxton10 can be set up in minutes with minimal knowledge. It does not need a VPN, additional license nor any additional infrastructure to be managed by a single Paxton10 server. To connect the sites via the user-friendly web-based software, an activation code is used to simply identify a Paxton10 controller at the destination site, and the system does the rest. The Multi-site feature in Paxton10 can be set up in minutes with minimal technical knowledge. It does not need a VPN, additional license nor any additional infrastructure. Even with the introduction of Multi-site, a single Paxton10 system can still support up to 1000 doors and 1000 cameras. Site administrators can add up to 50,000 users, with no additional license fees. This makes the system cost effective and is continuously scalable at the touch of a button using Paxton’s cleverly designed software.
Thomas Faith, the Paxton10 Product Manager, discusses how installers and end-users can benefit from the new Multi-site management functionality: What was the inspiration behind the latest release for Paxton10? Paxton10 is an ever-evolving system, developed through feedback from our installers and their end-users. It is their wants and needs that is the inspiration behind these new updates. Multi-site is a feature that has been highly anticipated by many existing and potential new Paxton10 users. Our overall vision will always be the driving force to continue developing the system, which is to make Paxton10 the simplest access control and video management
system in the world. A single Paxton10 system can now work across multiple sites. Can you explain what the benefit of this is? Multi-site management capability is applicable to many customers in the key markets that use the Paxton10 system. Schools, healthcare facilities, commercial offices, manufacturing plants, residential buildings, and many public sector buildings - just to name a few. A lot of these businesses or organisations require the ability to extend access control across multiple locations. This could be two buildings on one site, or 100 buildings spanning multiple continents, and everything in between. Now they can achieve this easily, with no complications, and less expense than ever before.
IN SECURITY | April 2021 | 5
Can you explain how the new Multi-site feature is setup within the Paxton10 online interface? Traditionally, when installing access control and video surveillance across multiple sites in different locations, all buildings need to be connected via a WAN and often a VPN. With Paxton10, all you need is an internet connection in each location, and we handle the complexity. All the installer needs to do is bind a controller from each remote site to Paxton10 using an activation code and serial number provided on the product. Then the controller becomes a local server and handles the discovery of all other Paxton10
6 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
equipment on the new site. What’s more, there is no licence to pay and it is completely backwards compatible. Meaning that any Paxton10 Server already installed can be used to manage up to 100 sites and up to 1000 doors. What does Multi-site mean for end-users? For the end-user, Multi-site means no complication and no extra infrastructure. This makes it a costeffective solution, as no networking experts are required to link sites together. Paxton10 Multi-site is effectively wide area networking made simple for access control and
video surveillance. If you can use a keyboard and an internet browser, you can achieve and maintain Multi-site with Paxton10. What is next for Paxton10? Paxton10 will continue to evolve throughout this year. We are currently working some very exciting updates that we hope to release this Summer. However, I am afraid you will have to wait until then for more information. For further information on Paxton10 and the new Multi-site feature, please visit this link

Updated app launched for Videx IP System
Videx Security has updated the app for its leading IP intercom system. The Videx CloudNected Client app enables users to manage their IP video calls remotely via their own mobile phone so they can answer calls from wherever they are whether that’s from home, the workplace or even on holiday. With the app, users can completely manage entry via from their mobile device, creating the most convenient and secure entry. It means users can open a gate without a remote control, for example, or receive a vide call and authorise entry with a simple touch, whether they’re at the property or not. James Gray, National Sales Manager at Videx Security, said: “The Videx IP system is an expandable entry system which can be customised to suit the needs of any building and can utilise a buildings existing cable infrastructure. With the new app there’s no limit to the number of devices a user can manage. If required, a user can also link more apartments of the same system or even different systems for example such as a person’s main home and also a holiday home. It means access management is easily available all in one app. What’s great about the new CloudNected
Client app is that it doesn’t require any configuration. It mirrors the associated videophone, performing all of its functions. You simply need to register your profile and scan the QR code with your smartphone camera which will allow the app to be associated to your videophone and all the functions and settings will be automatically transferred.” You also don’t need to worry about missing a call because if you can’t answer the phone, you can scroll the call list to catch up with all the calls logged. All notifications are “push” and they will be displayed even if the app is closed or if the screen of the phone is locked. You won’t need to open the app to answer a call. The Videx CloudNected Client also shows the mode of the devices (online, offline), and the mode of each function (on/off) giving feedback of the services. If you need more privacy and don’t want to be disturbed by any call, or just want to exclude a function, you can disable it through the app and you can enable it again when preferred. ATG Access continues shallow foundation innovations with new launch ATG Access has unveiled the next generation of shallow foundation technology, having revolutionised the bollard market in 2007 with the release of the first shallow foundation bollard system. The SP400 SM 48 is the latest addition to ATG’s extensive shallow foundation bollard portfolio. Successfully impact-tested to both the BSI PAS 68 and IWA 14-1 standards, it can arrest a 7,500kg vehicle travelling at 48kph and is ideal for securing critical national infrastructure (CNI) and crowded places. ATG’s first shallow mount products were developed in response to a project in central London, where traditional depth bollards would have been unsuitable due to the network of services located directly under the proposed security installation. Shallow foundation bollards subsequently became the default product within city centres for critical national infrastructure protection, having removed the potential for escalating costs due to the redirection of service networks and fibre optic cables, without compromising on security or aesthetics. This innovation in technology also dramatically reduces installation time. This was particularly appealing for sites such as airports, shopping centres and transportation hubs which cannot afford a break in operation. ATG continues to develop shallow foundation technology, with foundation depths from just 40mm, and exports shallow foundation products to countries around the globe including Malaysia, Germany, Singapore, and the UAE. 10 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
The SP400 SM 48 continues this evolution, with new foundation technology that enables the system to cope with curves, gradients, and changes in ground levels using just one foundation module. Additionally, the foundation bases can be installed ahead of the bollards, further enhancing the ease and speed of installation in busy urban environments that are operational 24 hours a day. The bollard has a slim profile, making it aesthetically pleasing, and it can be fitted with a multitude of bespoke sleeve designs or incorporated into street furniture designs. With a compact, modular design requiring limited components, the product can be transported easily and efficiently. This, combined with the small quantities of concrete required for installation, helps to minimise the SP400 SM 48’s impact on the environment. Robert Ball, engineering director at ATG Access, commented: “We consider ourselves to be an engineering company first, and security company second. Our aim is always to help our clients solve their complex design and security challenges with cutting edge innovations. “The conception and evolution of our shallow foundation product portfolio is a prime example of this innovation in action, with the SP400 SM 48 the latest in a line of products engineered specifically to overcome commonly faced difficulties in urban security schemes.” For further information visit www.atgaccess.com

Security managers customize access schedules on site or remotely. CLIQ’s advanced key management capability 12 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
mitigates organizations against security threats from lost keys. Battery-powered CLIQ keys are reprogrammable, so can be disabled by the system as soon as they go missing. CLIQ saves the expense of physically rekeying locks, too, since “rekeying” is done electronically: a Security Center system administrator can quickly amend an existing key’s access permissions or issue a new programmable CLIQ key. The CLIQ cylinder range extends beyond door locks to many other applications, with wireless cylinders for cabinets, cupboards, lifts, machines and gates, plus hardened steel padlocks for outdoor use. Installation of these programmable locking cylinders and padlocks is wireless and simple. Management within Security Center is seamless. “Intelligent keys give customers the ability to expand their access control and management beyond the physical network while maintaining the Genetec unified experience and auditing capabilities,” says Jean Philippe Deby, Business Development Director EMEA at Genetec. “With the growing importance of management and protection of our critical infrastructure, support for intelligent keys and locks like CLIQ gives Genetec users the ability to extend their influence over infrastructure right to the edge.” Learn more about integrating CLIQ® locking with your access system by downloading a free integration guide https://campaigns.assaabloyopeningsolutions.eu/ hubfs/CLIQ%20WM%20integration/AA_CLIQ_Data%20 Sheet_Genetec_Final.pdf
PAC addresses post-lockdown access control challenges with new versions of Access Central and EasiNet Residential PAC, a world-leading supplier of innovative access control solutions, has announced new versions of its cutting edge Access Central and EasiNet Residential software management platforms. The most comprehensive upgrades to both systems since they were initially launched, PAC has introduced a range of dynamic features that will enable commercial and residential premises to maintain high levels of occupant safety as lockdown begins to ease. ‘Access control technology has a significant role to play in helping to protect building occupants from infection, alongside its ability to configure smart and reliable strategies to help alleviate anxiety, enhance confidence and maintain regulatory compliance,’ commented Pete England, PAC’s global product manager. ‘Over the last year we have been working hard to leverage the power of our technology. As a result, Access Central v5.3 has been designed to help limit person to person contact, control occupancy levels, reduce surface touches and swiftly initiate contact tracing procedures.’ Designed primarily for the commercial, educational and healthcare sectors, Access Central acts as a central resource for keyholder records and access privileges, with the ability to set preconfigured alarms, track activities and maintain a full audit trail. To build on its existing capabilities, Access Central v5.3 now has additional occupancy management features including managed entrance, occupancy tracking and global anti-passback for accurate tracing of keyholders. This will help make sure occupants adhere to designated one-way flow systems through buildings and do not overpopulate specific areas. Furthermore, a keyholder’s access privileges can be temporarily disabled if they do not read out when exiting an area.
Access Central v5.3 also boasts enhanced building management and security features such as a guard tour that configures set routes around a building for security officers. Using preconfigured parameters, automated event notifications send PC pop-up notifications when occupancy limits are reached and/or exceeded, restrict entry and provide a live display of the number of people in an area. This can form part of a broader health and safety policy, for example, temperature and mask checks or use of sanitisation stations, and can be used to configure a traffic light style system, while time periods are configurable to enable one or multiple managed entrances per day. Similar innovations are found in EasiNet Residential v5.3, which combines high security access control with advanced keyholder configuration and management, which can be supported through PAC’s secure Residential Cloud. EasiNet Residential v5.3 enables cost effective expansion into building management systems through the use of PAC input/output controllers to facilitate third-party equipment integration, allowing building services such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to be centrally managed. In addition, lift control means that keyholders are only assigned access to specific floors to maintain social distancing. These features can all be managed via Control Centre – PAC’s new ‘single pane of glass’ management tool for operators. Consolidating CCTV and access control functionality is more vital than ever and both Access Central v5.3 and EasiNet Residential v5.3 offer options for 3xLOGIC VIGIL integration. Cameras can be directly configured and monitored through each software solution, with access to VIGIL’s business intelligence capabilities achieved via integration with a VIGIL server. As such video verification through CCTV actions can be captured through pre-sets that, for instance, move a pan, tilt, zoom camera as an event is taking place. PAC’s Pete England concluded, ‘As people emerge from their homes and begin to return to their workplaces, building safety and security needs to be rethought, reconfigured and adapted to meet a complex set of challenges. Access control technology must be used in smarter ways than ever before to help protect building occupants and achieving this objective is now possible thanks to Access Central v5.3 and EasiNet Residential v5.3’. IDIS video analytics ebook sets out the advantages for deep learning tech IDIS’s latest tech-explainer eBook – The Benefits of Deep Learning Driven Intelligent Video Analytics – explores how a new generation of AI video solutions is delivering better security, safety, operational efficiency and business intelligence. The eBook, which can be downloaded now from the IDIS website, reflects the company’s commitment to supporting its systems integrator partners as they focus on delivering advanced video solutions into growth sectors. In recent years, the terms ‘intelligent’ and ‘artificial intelligence (AI)’ have been applied to many different types of security system, but without agreement on what AI means, says IDIS, so it’s important to understand that not all solutions are designed to the same standard or deliver equal value. The new eBook explains some of the differences between conventional ‘blob’ analytics - found in most modern network cameras and relatively prone to falsealarm triggers caused by environmental factors - and more powerful deep learning technologies. These newest generation AI solutions leverage neural networks made up of multiple layers of algorithms and advanced processing, and can be more accurately called ‘intelligent’ video analytics. Deep learning’s real value comes from its ability to detect events of interest and distinguish these from video data input which is just ‘noise’. But some caution is still needed, warns IDIS: deep learning video solutions can still disappoint if the engines and algorithms that drive them are not fully trained and able to recognise objects reliably and accurately. 16 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
By contrast, effective deep learning video analytics can deliver multiple benefits, from preventing ‘alarm overload’ in busy security control rooms, to freeing up personnel resources and enabling security provision to be better focused. Metadata search functions also allow users to benefit from advanced interrogation of single and multiple cameras, speeding up investigations and automatically locating objects or people of interest. The eBook also outlines how AI video can support efficient return-to-work strategies and ensure COVIDsecure facilities and workplaces using highly accurate analytics for face mask detection, social distancing adherence, people counting, and occupancy monitoring. Guidance is also provided for systems integrators, demonstrating how the same functionality will deliver value beyond the pandemic, with benefits such as facilities and workspace optimisation, and actionable insights particularly for the retail and hospitality sectors. “The best AI offerings today add value for customers by rapidly increasing productivity and efficiency, and providing useful business intelligence,” says James Min, Managing Director, IDIS Europe. “This new eBook explains how systems integrators can get past the jargon to support end-users, building a compelling business case that both addresses immediate priorities and demonstrates long term return on investment.” For more information on IDIS solution go to www.idisglobal.com
Bosch adds new Autodome IP starlight 5100i IR model with built-in AI to camera portfolio Bosch has introduced the new Autodome IP starlight 5100i IR moving camera with a new 1/1.8 inch sensor offering 4-megapixel resolution and 30x optical zoom. It offers HDR X combined with starlight technology and dual illumination – integrated IR and white light – to capture images that can distinguish individuals or objects for identification or proof. Complemented with built-in Artificial Intelligence (AI), the camera, when idle, supports operators with object detection in areas of interest to enhance safety in city surveillance and perimeter protection applications. The Autodome IP starlight 5100i IR, designed for outdoors, includes an automatic rain-sensing wiper to maintain clear images during wet conditions, is weatherized with an IP66 rating, and is vandal resistant with IK10 housing. Improving safety with built-in AI to support predictive solutions In order for video security to become predictive it is important to consider the benefits of interpreting video data and how it can do more for businesses than security alone. To support this philosophy, the Autodome IP starlight 5100i IR features built-in Essential Video Analytics. This built-in AI enables the camera to add sense and structure with metadata to captured video data, which is the basis for converting this data into actionable insights. Relevant insights, like the detection of moving objects, help to create sterile zones, which establishes a boundary prohibiting any activity. These sterile zones enhance perimeter protection of buildings, parking lots and restricted areas, increasing overall safety. The camera’s AI can also make it possible to retrieve the right footage from hours of stored video instantly and analyze the scene by providing different statistics so an operator can act faster and more efficiently to potential threats. Usable video 24/7 One of the greatest challenges in city surveillance is capturing usable video during the daytime and in low-light and pitch dark scenarios. The Autodome IP starlight 5100i IR offers HDR X combined with starlight technology and dual illumination – integrated IR and white light – to capture usable images 24/7. The new HDR X technology has a dynamic range of up to 133 dB ensuring perfect exposure while eliminating motionrelated artefacts in scenes with challenging lighting conditions and moving objects during the daytime. In low-light scenes, starlight technology provides clear and relevant images with color filtering down to 0.010 lux. At night, especially in pitch dark scenes, the camera’s white light provides full-color images in complete darkness up to 60m (196 feet). The integrated IR illumination can help identify objects in monochrome up to 320 meters (1,049 feet) thanks to the built-in intelligent IR beam, which ensures optimum illumination
of objects regardless of zoom level. The visible white light acts as a deterrent to intrusion, loitering, and other undesirable activities in city surveillance settings. Secure by design, sustainable for tomorrow All Bosch IP cameras are secure by design, a systematic approach centered on a built-in Trusted Platform Module (TPM), safely storing all certificates and keys needed for authentication and encryption. This method offers extensive user management to ensure only authorized users have access to data, supports a Public Key Infrastructure set-up, and provides software sealing to detect changes in the cameras’ configuration settings. As a company committed to security and sustainability, all Bosch cameras support remote configuration, management, and planning. System integrators can work remotely with customers to perform services such as changing configuration settings or installing firmware updates, ensuring systems meet the highest reliability standards. It minimizes the number of commutes, resulting in sustainable business practices that are economically viable, socially responsible, and environmentally friendly. Videosoft boards the Mayflower autonomous ship Videosoft’s adaptive low bandwidth video streaming technology has been selected and installed on the Mayflower Autonomous Ship (MAS) to help relay high-quality footage of the ship’s various missions back to humans on land. On its maiden voyage this spring, MAS will trace the route of the famous 1620 Mayflower, sailing from Plymouth, UK, to Plymouth, MA, only this time there will be no human captain or crew on board as the 15m, lightweight, hybrid-electric powered trimaran crosses the Atlantic. Videosoft’s technology will help capture footage from the Mayflower’s six onboard cameras at sea. Using satellite connectivity and compression technologies, footage will be transmitted back to AI developers and research scientists providing real-time feedback and visuals during the mission. It will also be used to provide the media and public with updates about interesting events that occur during the ship’s ocean adventures. “The ability to receive live video feed from the ship using minimal communication bandwidth is a game changer for us,” said Don Scott, Chief Technology Officer of the Mayflower Autonomous Ship. “Videosoft provides real-time telepresence allowing us to reliably monitor the live situation and give us confidence in the vehicle’s operation at sea. It has already been an invaluable tool during sea trials and we look forward to having the live feed during the voyage itself.” The international grassroots project is led by marine research organisation ProMare alongside IBM, which is acting as both lead technology partner and lead scientific partner, with other key design and construction partners including MSUBs, Aluship and MarineAI. With an AI Captain at the helm, MAS is able to operate for long distances and durations at sea collecting critical data about the ocean. Powered by IBM’s computer vision, automation and machine learning technologies, the AI Captain maintains constant situational awareness and makes decisions about what to do next in line with collision regulations. Small, lightweight edge devices from NVIDIA provide local computer power for operational independence relying on IBM Cloud connectivity when 20 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
available. Videosoft was selected for its cutting-edge video streaming solution and its ability to reliably stream video from onboard cameras and computer vision systems, which scan the horizon for hazards as MAS sails. Videosoft’s software runs on IBM’s platform, which skippers the vessel and is linked via satellite. Videosoft’s Chief Executive Officer Stewart McCone said: “This project is designed to transform humanity’s relationship with the ocean. To say we’re totally thrilled to be involved in the Mayflower Autonomous Ship project would be an understatement. “By working alongside innovative and specialist companies who are experts in their field and have an intimate knowledge of what they are doing, Videosoft is enabling the ambitions of this multi-million-pound project. “Streaming live video from ocean-going vessels is not straightforward, and you really need to know what you’re doing to pull it off successfully. “An intelligent transmission protocol is required to maintain connectivity. In addition to switching between satellite and cellular networks, variable signal strength, the topography of network masts, atmospheric conditions, satellite capabilities, speed, and variables all impact the available bandwidth. “Videosoft, which has developed software specifically for the satellite and cellular industry to negate the typical issues that arise when using such networks, has made it possible to have eyes on the ocean 24/7. The unique protocols the Videosoft team have built into our software means that any video delay from the Mayflower will be dramatically reduced, with any streamed video automatically adapting to the amount of available bandwidth, whilst retaining good quality. “Even in our knowledge-rich industry, not many people realise that this can be done, but it can and is relatively simple to put in place thanks to our easyto-use platform. As with CCTV, IOT and surveillance applications, Videosoft’s ability to provide reliable video streams creates a real-time situational awareness that is critical to the operational success of projects such as the Mayflower. Securing a fish farm 20 kms out to sea for the leading Mediterranean aquaculture company involves a fully integrated security operation
O
n the western coast of Greece lie the clear blue waters of the gulf of Astakos and the bustling coastal town of the same name. It has been a shipping and fishing port since ancient times and legend has it the Cyclops’ cave was situated near Astakos, where Odysseus supposedly blinded the monster, before escaping by ship. Today, the town is well-known for the ruins of its ancient acropolis, for its maritime history, fishing tradition and it is a hub for tourist ships

bound for the islands of Ithaca and Kefalonia. Sea Bass and Sea Bream are farmed up to 20 kilometres off the coast of Astakos, across an area of 875.000m2, by the Mediterraneans’s leading sustainable aquaculture company, Avramar. G4S began working with Avramar in 2019, the company wanted to improve the security arrangements of the farms, to ensure that both their assets and their employees were well protected.
Farm Protection Fish farms in the Mediterranean have to contend with poachers in small vessels or even organised criminal gangs. And while in many cases the amount of fish stolen may not be significant, these activities can damage the equipment, nets and cages used in the farms. Other boats can also unknowingly stray into a fish farm and cause accidental damage. “The results have been exceptional, with no poaching incidents or damage caused to the farms - accidental or otherwise -
“We worked with the customer and proposed an integrated security solution that used the most appropriate technology - in some cases nautical - to greatly enhance how officers could respond to threats or incidents more quickly and effectively” since the new integrated security solution was put in place” said Panagiotis Lamprintzis, G4S Greece Secure Solutions Project Manager. “Through our approach we have built a trusted partnership with our customer and the result is their peace of mind.” Avramar’s Operations Aquaculture is one of Greece’s biggest industries and Avramar, which was formed in January 2021 through the merger of four Greek companies, has 71 fish farming sites across Greece and Spain, 12 fish hatcheries and three fish feed production sites. Avramar’s major fresh fish export markets are the USA, France, Italy and Spain, supplying many well-known European and UK supermarkets. Avramar currently has twelve static platforms off the coast of
Astakos, manned by it’s skilled employees, many of whom are from the local community, often from families who have worked in sea fishing for many generations. Each of the central platforms manages the fish farms which encircle it and daily the Avramar team, weather permitting, will inspect the farms and feed the fish. Twice a week, Avramar’s specialist divers check the nets and underwater cages to ensure they are in good working order and to carry out maintenance. Prior to working with G4S, Avramar had employed security officers, using their sight and their wits to assess and spot dangers. Avramar decided that human surveillance alone wasn’t able to react quickly enough to the potential threats that the farms may face, particularly over a large area, the
majority of which is open sea. Fish Farm Security Panagiotis Lamprintzis worked with the customer for a number of months before the solution was put in place, to understand the range of risks that the farm faces everyday. The Covid-19 pandemic delayed the initial start date, but the solution was up and running by July 2020, with measures in place to ensure the relevant public health guidelines were followed. While the G4S team has extensive experience securing sites large and small across the world, a project of this type in the Aquaculture industry, was unchartered territory. “We worked with the customer and proposed an integrated security solution that used the most appropriate technology - in some cases nautical - to greatly enhance

how officers could respond to threats or incidents more quickly and effectively,” said Panagiotis. “Our solution protects both Avramar’s assets and employees, the farms themselves and the fish they produce. What Avramar wanted was a more responsive and effective security arrangement which we have developed in partnership with them.” “The results have been fantastic and we will continue to work with the team to develop and improve our offering.” said Panagiotis. “What it brings them is reassurance that whatever security situation we face, it can be resolved quickly, while protecting their people and their assets.”
signal, which can precisely pinpoint where that person is. G4S has three speedboats, which are used to patrol the farms, as well as react to emergencies and rescue anyone who has fallen into the water. Manning the speedboats, the G4S officers hold security licenses and are experienced speedboat drivers and licence holders. “This is essential, as driving these boats in open-sea requires great skill, even when the water is relatively calm,” said Panagiotis. “On some days, particularly in the winter when the weather can be treacherous and a weather warning has been issued, it is illegal for boats of any kind to be at sea.”
Focus on Safety Every employee and G4S professional wears a life vest and if a person falls into the water, an alarm is triggered which is linked to the G4S monitoring centre, based on the mainland at an Avramar production site, close to Astakos. The tracker has a GPS
State-of-the-art Specialised nautical radars and state-of-the-art thermal and optical imaging cameras are used to protect the perimeter of each farm. Vessels which come too close are detected by radar and the system can distinguish whether a detected boat is either

friendly or an unknown one. “All systems are linked to the monitoring centre and an unidentified vessel will activate loudspeakers and a rotating beacon at the farm,” said Panagiotis. “Over the tannoy, personnel can communicate to the boat’s captain to move away from the farm and if necessary, the G4S speedboat team can attend quickly to the correct location, to ensure the boat doesn’t stray further into the farm.” Speedboats are also able to patrol the higher traffic routes closest to the farms to ensure the farms’ safety. Where accidental entrance into the farm occurs, G4S professionals can explain and help the vessels, stopping them from veering into the wrong area. Thermal imaging cameras are used at nighttime, to verify any movement in and around the farm which is unexpected. For further information please visit www.g4s.com

ACCESS SECURITY
Healthy solution
Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has selected SALTO Systems and Custom Technology Solutions to provide access control for its buildings and the security of its staff and patients The trust provides high quality community and specialist services within Birmingham and the West Midlands. It delivers over 100 clinical services in hospitals, health centres and clinics. It also provides nursing services in older people’s homes as well as services for adults, children, and people with learning disabilities, those with rehabilitation needs and also provides NHS dental services. 26 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
“Health care facilities need to provide protection against a wide range of threats including theft, burglary and intruders, while safeguarding the security of their staff and patients. This explains the need to update, consolidate and replace our various security systems with one site-wide access control system that is reliable, long-lasting and scalable” says Simon Bates,
Head of Risk Management and Emergency Planning at the trust. Background With 5000 staff working in over 93 buildings across the trust estate, which covers a large geographical area from Bromsgrove to Sutton Coldfield, security had become fragmented over the years with a mix of physical keys on one site,
push button digital locks on another and basic access control on yet another. This meant there was no coherent policy across the trust, with an inconsistent approach to security, especially access control. Simon continues “With different staff required to use different credentials depending on where they were working and with the need to issue agency nurses temporary access rights based on their working schedules, not to mention the inefficiency of the legacy set-up, we knew the time had come to address this so we started casting around for a solution to the problem. We looked at a number of products and systems but after having SALTO demonstrated to us that was already in use with another NHS Trust plus meetings with them as the manufacturers and local SALTO authorized partner
Custom Technology Solutions, to demonstrate how it could be tailored to exactly what we needed and how we needed it to work for us, we were sold.” Challenge “The key driver for us is to preserve the high quality of health care on offer, while ensuring maximum security across the diverse range of estate buildings,” says Andy Perry, Sales Manager at Custom Technology Solutions. “Utilizing our expertise in the field of security, we help simplify day-to-day life for site managers like Simon by ensuring that patients, medical staff and property are protected.” The challenges involved in securing a hospital or other healthcare environment are unlike those in almost any other building. Most healthcare facilities are open 24/7 and have relatively open access
because they want to provide a welcoming environment. While this dictates that it is often necessary to allow for high levels of public access to the hospital or other health service amenity, including the routes linking different departments, entry to many back of house areas and most other facilities needs to be restricted for the protection of patients, doctors, nurses, care staff, administrative personnel, visitors, suppliers and the property itself. How this is achieved depends on many factors including the level of security and convenience required in specific areas such as operating theatres, consulting rooms, pharmacies, laboratories, drug cabinets, surgical wards and so on but whatever the access control solution used, it has to be both secure and flexible so that staff and patient safety is maintained.
IN SECURITY | April 2021 | 27
Solution Having taken the decision to standardise access control on the SALTO solution, installation got underway at various sites including a large upgrade at Moseley Hall Hospital and now over 700 doors including main entrances, offices, wards and clinical areas have been secured across the trust. This consists of a flexible mix of online and offline doors, typically consisting of an online main door and offline handle sets on all internal doors. Product fitted includes XS4 original and XS4 One handle sets on doors, XS4 wall readers at strategic points in the building and XS4 locker locks on bedside cabinets to secure individual patient medication. A number of key safes are also used at the hospital and SALTO contactless smart cards give authorized staff access to these as well as proving a full audit trail on what card opened what safe at what time. Administration of the system is managed by the Clinical 28 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
Administration Team based in the control centre at the Birmingham Dental Hospital at Pebble Mill. They oversee the day to day issuing of cards – which are combined photo ID and access cards – and instigate change of access permissions, cancellation of lost cards etc. All staff cards can also access a printer. Estates personnel also have access to the system and they are responsible for carrying out general maintenance on the doors, changing batteries in the handle sets as they become due etc. There is also close integration between estates and the IT department, so that when estates want to fit access control to a new door, IT makes sure there is a network point and an IP address ready for the installation. Simon Bates concludes “Having SALTO massively helps us. We like the facility to restrict access quickly and easily and security risks related to lost physical keys have been completely eliminated. We now have no costs of lock replacement from lost keys or codes which saves
valuable time and resources across the trust. Moving forward, on each new project across the trust, SALTO will now be part of it. Changing over to a modern, technologically innovative contactless solution has also paid dividends during the current COVID crisis. Contactless cards, with the option to migrate to a mobile solution via smart phones when we’re ready, have been really useful. Other plus points include remote access and online features, the ease to set up users, and change access permissions, all of which help with agile working. Although security and in particular access control was not initially part of the trust’s culture, we have now convincingly turned ourselves into a smarter hospital with good support from both SALTO and local partner Custom Technology Solutions.” For further information please visit www.saltosystems.com

ACCESS CONTROL
Touch of class
Shaping the future of touchless door entry and access control for the commercial residential sector by Julian Synett, CEO of Interphone Limited
H
ygiene, infection control and risk mitigation have been placed under the spotlight like never before. The ongoing COVID pandemic is going to having significant impact on how we approach access control and door entry systems now and in the future. Suddenly everyone is thinking again about contact-based systems, with property professionals having to re-evaluate how they manage access to buildings to protect residents and visitors. Fingerprint recognition has become widely adopted technology in recent years across a multitude of access-related applications ranging from buildings through to personal
30 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
gadgets. Within the commercial residential marketplace, it is recognised as a highly-secure and cost-effective solution with less of the risks associated with other door entry systems. The COVID crisis, however, has changed everything for contact-based biometrics systems with the focus switching to hygiene and reducing touchpoints that could spread the infection. While these hygiene concerns will diminish when we return to some semblance of normality, the pandemic is likely to result in some irreversible change. How will property professionals approach access control in an environment where infection control must be considered alongside the normal
security factors? A single person, infected with COVID or some other virus, using fingerprint scanner risks the welfare of all residents and visitors. With the virus surviving at least a number of hours on most surfaces, the contamination of both public areas and individual properties will be rapid and potentially devastating. Traditional fob and card systems, while in theory contactless, still possess many of the same issues as a fingerprint scanner because close contact is still required, and most people still touch the reader more often than not. This has led the marketplace to explore sanitary alternatives, such as iris and facial recognition, that contribute
less to the spread of infections by completely removing any touchpoints. An iris or facial recognition door entry system uses unique data taken from the physical characteristics of a person, which cannot be shared or transferred to anyone else. The latest AI technology means many solutions can identify faces in a matter of milliseconds, even from different angles, in lowlight at night, with various facial expressions or even when someone is wearing a mask. This means property professionals can recommend a secure and hygienic solution with less of the health risks associated with other entry options, with a host of other benefits available. Iris or facial recognition technology can now be combined with thermal access and flow control, using the latest innovations in temperature monitoring and people counting, to gain added layers of hygiene and protection. These advances are designed to assist in the identification of raised temperatures as well as with the flow of people entering and leaving a building at peak times, with the aim of creating a safer in-building environment and experience. It also reduces the need to physically deploy someone to carry out these functions, if required, such as a
concierge or security guard. However, there is no silver bullet technology for hygiene and infection control for commercial residential buildings, so property professionals will need to take a joined-up approach as part of a wider facilities management solution. For example, touchless biometrics does not solve the issue of access control for visitors, so only with a full-time concierge is it currently possible to admit them without multiple entry touchpoints that pose an increased risk. Meanwhile, property
professionals are having to consider new ways of opening doors without residents and visitors having to touch anything on entry, otherwise the benefits offered by a touchless biometric solution are quickly diminished. Bringing together contactless biometrics with an automated door system is certainly one option for residents, but cost will ultimately become the deciding factor for many residents and buildings. Moving forward, we may see further innovation involving integrated sensors or foot pedals that can allow entry without the need to push or pull a door or use a handle. Property professionals have a responsibility and duty of care to their residents, staff and other visitors, minimising the risk of infection from COVID and any future virus. While everything at some point will start to return to normal, the current pandemic will result in some permanent changes to how we view and deal with hygiene and infection control alongside security. This means that they not only need to overcome the challenges presented by the current crisis, but also take steps to shape the future of touchless door entry and access control within the commercial residential marketplace. Interphone enhances door entry and access control with touchless solutions Interphone, the security systems and building technology integrator, is embracing the latest iris and facial recognition technology to meet the growing demand for touchless door entry and access control. The company has launched a range of advanced and affordable solutions available for any new build or retrofit building requirement in the commercial residential marketplace. “The COVID pandemic has placed hygiene, infection control and risk mitigation under the spotlight like never before, which is having a significant impact on how access control and door entry systems are approached,” explains Julian Synett, CEO of Interphone Limited. “Managing agents can help meet their duty of care to residents, staff and other visitors by opting for Iris or facial recognition technology that lessens the spread of germs through the removal of access 32 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
touchpoints, while enhancing building security.” Interphone is taking advantage of the latest touchless innovations to introduce affordable retrofit solutions that are compatible with most existing access control and door entry systems. This means it is possible to use much of the existing infrastructure that is already in place within a building to incorporate high performance iris and facial recognition technology, without the costly installation associated with previous solutions. The iris and facial recognition door entry systems use unique data taken from the physical characteristics of a person, which cannot be shared or transferred to anyone else. Advances in AI technology also mean these solutions can identify faces in a matter of milliseconds, even from different angles, in lowlight at night, with various facial
expressions or even when someone is wearing a mask. This makes it highly secure and simple to manage, with appropriate access quickly added or removed electronically to minimise the risk of unauthorised admittance. “Over the past year, managing agents have had to re-evaluate how they manage access to properties. While everything is beginning to return to normal, the pandemic will result in some permanent changes to how we view and deal with hygiene and infection control alongside security. As such, we expect to see increasing interest in touchless alternatives that will shape door entry and access control moving forward,” concludes Synett. Five daily security management tasks simplified with wireless access control
aking the first step into electronic access control may seem intimidating. Yet, as businesses of all sizes and from every industry have discovered, choosing the right system quickly translates to time and money savings. Daily access management tasks become faster or even automated. Time pressures impact every department in the workplace, including security and facility management. To achieve more with limited resources — both time and money — is an ever-present

challenge. Security professionals attempting to make access control more efficient may be held back by mechanical security. The work created when staff lose their key, or leave for another job, is expensive and time-consuming. The inflexibility of physical keys presents a problem when cleaners or other contractors require safe access to specific areas or at certain times of day. Below are 5 ways security and facility managers have tackled these and other challenges effectively — by switching mechanical locking for
wireless electronic access control. Slashing key management workload At Vejle Friskole in Denmark, mechanical key management ate up “a very long time, approximately 5 hours a week,” explains Henrik Kækel, the school’s Technical Service Officer. Now keys have been replaced by a SMARTair® access control system. Over 80 doors and cabinets are secured wirelessly with SMARTair devices. Approximately 250 students, teachers and parents each carry their own fob, programmed with individual
access permissions. Because the SMARTair portfolio has locks to fit multiple types of opening, everyone at the Friskole opens doors and cabinets with a single credential. “It was really bad [before] because we had big problems with keys that were lost,” adds Henrik Kækel. “There was a lot of work in key administration.” Today, Vejle Friskole staff spend around 5 minutes a week managing their access system. “It’s incredibly easy to figure out... it takes 1 minute to code a student,” he says. Saving money on security administration Racecourse managers at the Hippodrome Côte d’Azur faced a familiar dilemma: How to stop
duplicatable mechanical keys jeopardizing security for employees and visitors? And how to drastically reduce the time they wasted getting locks replaced when someone lost a key? They chose a SMARTair Updateon-Card solution and now control access points more efficiently and effectively than with their old key system. Projected long-term cost savings and significant workload reduction convinced Hippodrome managers to choose SMARTair. They can delete users or lost cards instantly and collect audit trails when needed. Easy, flexible credential management enables them to program fine-grained, individual access to around 200 doors in six separate structures.
“In the long term, SMARTair access control is cheaper than keys to manage,” confirms Bernard Arnaud, Supervisor for Accommodations at Hippodrome Côte d’Azur. Assigning granular access rights Westbridge School’s teaching, administration and residential buildings require multiple layers of access control, for both staff and students. For years, the inflexibility of a legacy mechanical locking system created management and safety challenges. “With over 50 staff, we needed more subtlety in assigning access permissions, which you simply can’t do with a bundle of metal keys,” says Joanna Brunton, the school’s Executive Officer. “We now have the ability to set

higher security for specific areas of our site, especially over the school holidays when students have gone home,” she says. “Our regular maintenance contractors have their own access keys, so they just get straight on with their work without calling us to meet them for access. This keeps our time, and their costs, down.” System administration is easy, even for non-specialists. “I taught staff how to use the software and encode access cards,” says Kylie Bray, director at Western Lock Services, who manage hardware maintenance for Westbridge. “Having a SMARTair system in place has given us peace of mind… It’s quicker, it’s safer and it’s simple,” adds Joanna Brunton. Switching space usage quickly, flexibly and securely To stand out from the competition in Spain’s fast-growing co-working sector, the founders of ULab wanted the latest in security, accessibility 36 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
and design to create their 21stcentury business centre. “In addition to regular daily traffic, weekly traffic can almost multiply by 10 if an event is held,” says Enrique Burgos Pérez, Director at ULab. “We needed an access control system as flexible and convenient as SMARTair.” Flexible and wire-free, SMARTair delivers real-time access control via credentials which can be programmed and reprogrammed with ease. ULab’s SMARTair system securely manages regular daily traffic of approximately 100 people — and has the flexibility to welcome many more temporary visitors when their event space is full. Enabling real-time access from anywhere with a click Orihuela’s Colegio Diocesano is a heritage site as well as a place of learning — with a museum which requires the protection of the same access system. SMARTair wireless locks control 300 doors around the site.
“The main benefit is the ease of real-time key management — from any place and at any time — via the wireless online management system,” says IT Manager, Francisco Fernández Soriano. “This increases security for children and for staff, because no unauthorised people can enter the school.” SMARTair software makes it easy to issue and cancel credentials for temporary visitors. “In addition to the main entrances and classrooms, access to private spaces such as lifts, offices, staff rooms, the church, the museum, the library and the IT room is constantly monitored,” he adds. “Thanks to our SMARTair devices installed at more than 300 doors, the security team can find out who has accessed which space and when, at any time.” To discover how easy it is to manage access control with SMARTair®, download a free Solution Guide https://campaigns. assaabloyopeningsolutions.eu/ smartair

orphean CEO, Rodrigue Zbinden, considers the need for a greater focus on security and health & safety in today’s smart buildings and cities, and looks at the technology at hand. While it has been responsible for huge disruption, COVID-19 has also been a major contributing factor to the acceleration of the digital transformation agenda that is now bringing huge improvements to a

wide range of industries and sectors. Even those most sceptical of cloud technology and its great potential have embraced it due to its ability to keep businesses afloat and people connected during the direst times of the pandemic. Today’s smart constructs bring together a wealth of cloud-enabled sensors and devices, working in collaboration for the benefit of modern citizens to ultimately improve quality of life. Yet with
crime and physical threats on the rise, it is cloud-enabled physical security technologies, connected as devices through the internet of things (IoT), that now have a critical role to play in protecting premises, assets and people, while delivering powerful insights to benefit the smart environment. Evolving surveillance and access control Traditional CCTV was a standalone,
analogue system, while access control required direct human intervention to physically monitor and control access points. By contrast, video surveillance as-a-service (VSaaS) and access control as-a-service (ACaaS) are fully automated, cloud-based intelligent smart security solutions. To better understand the impact of this migration to the cloud and uptake of cloud-enabled systems, Morphean commissioned a survey of 1000 senior decision makers across the UK, Germany and Sweden. A significant 70% of survey respondents agreed that the pandemic had actually increased the necessity/ urgency for businesses to adopt VSaaS and ACaaS. As an example of its use, consider an access control solution which is linked to HR staff records in a busy office, or guest booking records in a hotel. The system can check the swipe of an access card or use of a QR code on a mobile phone screen, against the digital records. Using advanced diagnostic capabilities, any attempt at unauthorised entry will trigger an automated alert to the authorities. Additionally, surveillance cameras can be incorporated to
provide secondary authentication through visual clarification of an individual’s identity, further enhancing the security provision. This integration of physical technology and cloud connectivity proves a powerful combination and also facilitates remote management of premises. When many buildings were left vacant during multiple lockdowns as a result of the pandemic, or manned by only essential key workers, security and operations teams benefitted from having on-site visibility through remote management of sites. This removed the need to contravene social distancing and lockdown regulations, with data from the access control and video surveillance systems viewed on a mobile device and providing an overarching view of the environment. Unlocking operational insights 95% of those surveyed agreed that if an existing security system could deliver insights beyond security to assist decision making it would influence adoption. The possibilities for such use span industries and sectors, and there are many examples of implementation
within smart building design. Within a modern intelligent office environment, video surveillance technologies can ensure that employees do not breach health and safety guidelines, while competitive advantage can be created by understanding working preferences or how employees move around the building, derived from a combination of access control and video data. The resulting intelligence may influence hot desking and home working policies, or the introduction of energy efficient lighting applications. In a busy retail environment, sensors installed at entrance points can keep a log of the number of people within the building, sounding an alarm or pre-recorded voice alert through digital audio speakers if the maximum occupancy level is in danger of being exceeded. Inside the store, data obtained from surveillance cameras and combined with access control information from the stock room, allows facilities and operations managers to make decisions around product placement, the allocation of staff, and a number of other factors which can help increase productivity and enable the business to run more efficiently.
IN SECURITY | April 2021 | 39
The extraction of data and ability to use it to inform decision making has benefits across multiple facets of the smart environment. A business model for a smarter future One of the key benefits of implementing VSaaS and ACaaS, is its ability to facilitate simple customisation and provide a flexible, scalable solution to meet evolving requirements. VSaaS and ACaaS are offered ‘as-a-service’, meaning a move toward an operational expenditure model, rather than one based on upfront capital outlay. The as-a-service model includes all-inclusive software updates and firmware upgrades for a convenient monthly payment, so the system is always up-to-date and always online. This removes the need for 40 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
costly maintenance or disruption to operations. VSaaS and ACaaS have great potential to be implemented right at the core of intelligent building design and smart cities planning. Factoring in such systems right from the outset will provide enhanced protection while unlocking multiple benefits relating to the streamlining of business operations and improvements to health & safety in relation to premises and people. VSaaS and ACaaS can bring the peace of mind that comes from being well prepared to face any challenges that might lie ahead. irtual events have become the new normal and the risks associated with mass physical gatherings have created space for the new generation of security industry events such as Security Summit 2021 which managed to bring together more than 3000 professionals from almost 100 countries. Building upon its earlier stellar track record, the second virtual
42 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
edition of Security Summit, held from 4th to 6th May, managed to break new grounds with its achievements. Nearly 1,200 people registered for it for the first time, making a total of 3,282 attendees on the b2match platform. Security Summit has become a genuine international event due to the fact that it welcomed guests from as many as 96 countries. Compared to its 2019 edition which took place in North Macedonia, the
number of countries which the guests came from has literally tripled (from 32 to 96). Wide Support In line with this, one can safely say that Security Summit has outgrown the borders of the Adriatic region and become one of the most significant events in Central, Southeast and Eastern Europe, with a significant number of exhibitors and visitors
from across the globe. Around half of them come from Southeast Europe, followed by Central and Eastern Europe as well as Western and Southwest Europe. It was also interesting to note the presence of attendees from South America, with the first-time sponsor from this region coming from Argentina. This year, Security Summit had 71 sponsors and exhibitors. Cathexis Europe, Huawei, MOBOTIX and appeared as platinum sponsors, while Dahua Technology, Eagle Eye, Hikvision Digital Technology, Secura, Seagate Technology, SoftGuard Technologies, Špica, 360 Vision Techology, Vanderbilt i ComNet played the role of gold sponsors. Special sponsors were key industrial organizations such as ASIS, ONVIF, asmag and CoeSS that were joined by the numerous regional professional associations from SE Europe and a large number of media representatives from all corners of the globe. Improved Networking This year’s event managed to push the envelope when it comes to the technical features of its native platform. The most noticeable change is the completely redesigned scene. Visuals, lights, audio and other features have been elevated to a higher level in order to match the quality of the physical event. Much
has been done to make the platforms as accessible yet as efficient as possible. Everything was hyperlinked, including virtual lobby, main hall and all side events rooms which were intuitively connected with the profiles of the exhibitors so that visitors could reach the desired companies in the easiest manner. Other technical highlights of the event include Join Virtual Booth feature which makes a sponsor permanently available to every visitor of the company profile who decides to communicate directly via video call. Double confirmation of the meetings was made possible together with direct display of promotional videos on the company profile. Attendees could access presentations held by company representatives directly from their profile. In addition, each company could fill in their complete profiles for each of the categories in the Marketplace for product placement with video, image and text material. Also, sponsors could view the data and inquiries of all interested parties in one place, as well as check who sent their data directly via the Connect with Exhibitor option available on the exhibitor’s profile. Links to company profiles on social networks were made available as well as data on their annual turnover and number of employees. Finally, the organizers supported making
one-click requests for meetings or sending messages to all visitors featured on an easily searchable list. Highlights from the Conference Program Security Summit’s tradition is a strong conference program with speakers from reputable security companies or professional associations. This year, 14 main lectures were held while 11 successfully realized projects were presented. The program in the main conference hall was supplemented by 21 corporate seminars taking place in the virtual side event halls. • Leo Levit, the new president of ONVIF and the director of system integration at Axis, spoke about the interoperability of products and systems from different manufacturers. According to him, 500 companies have taken advantage of affordability, component selection flexibility and the development of secure systems, with the number of interoperable products exceeding 20,000 for the first time. However, the real novelty is the information that, in addition to Profile M for standardization of meta-analytics i.e. data transfer from one system to another, ONVIF is also developing Profile D for access control for the first time. This has been a stumbling block for decades because access control has always been proprietary

and thus mutually inoperable. • Jakub Kozak, Genetec’s sales manager for Eastern and Central Europe, gave an overview of the security industry in the past year based on research involving 1,500 experts from several verticals. With the fact that the number of cyber attacks has increased and that at least 67% of companies intend to invest in cyber security, the research has shown that the transition to cloud or hybrid cloud infrastructure is happening right before our eyes, with 37% of organizations already undergoing this digital transformation. The pandemic only accelerated that process. • Radoslaw Kedzia, Huawei’s Vice President for Central, Eastern and Northern Europe, discussed the industrial revolution fueled by 5G technology. According to data available to his company, AI will be adopted by 97% of large companies by 2025, while full adoption of the cloud will happen 1-3 years earlier than expected, with 86% of managers 44 | April 2021 | IN SECURITY
expecting increased investment in digital transformation. The 5th generation mobile network will enable the flow of ever-increasing amounts of data, which will have a strong impact on many industries. As an example, he mentioned an interesting application in 5G smart mining, i.e. the option to remotely control machinery in mines, which will finally give miners a safer working environment than the one in which they are often exposed to risks. • Former Securitas employee in Croatia Maja Krejči has launched a startup that will soon present the first marketplace for security services, which they call ZuluHood. It is a concept that follows in the footsteps of well-known services such as Airbnb or Uber, but this time for a market in which, for some reason, this type of service has not come to life. In one place, the user will be able to search for providers, get price information and pay for any desited service, from hiring security guards for a few days
during the holidays to installing an alarm system for a few months. If it comes to life, a marketplace like this will greatly change the supply and demand for security services, just as it happened with Netflix, Amazon or Booking. • An interesting innovation also comes from the Argentinian company SoftGuard. To help prevent violence in crime-ridden countries like Mexico, Colombia and Peru, the company has developed an app that any citizen can easily use to report violations of the law. Users can simply press the panic button and call an ambulance, police or firefighters. It can also be used to call security guards in case of fear for one’s own life, but also to monitor the distancing from people with COVID. It is a practical solution for which they want to find partners for the markets in the European countries. For further information please visit www.vsecuritysummit.com
