tell you the truth, I have a child here called Francesco, he will be seven years old in May, I miss Italy, I would like to return but the only thing that keeps me here is my job, which in any case we now have in quotes a first name. The chiken wings, Caesar salad, especially if it is made with radicchio, I must say that the only problem is that the radicchio, the long one, cannot be found. One finds the ball and one that is a little bit more bitter in flavor. I love Italy but if I find something good that is American I gladly try it. There are a lot of restaurants and even if those who run them are American or even in the kitchen they are Americans, they do a very good cuisine and sometimes I have to say much better than some restaurants that are run by Italians. Because we have this bad habit, everything that is not Italian is not good and this is not true! Because there is so much good stuff from any nation. It is the family nickname my grandfather who had his face all dirty due to work and in Calabria mbrascatu means dirty, so people started calling him mbrascatu and from there if you go to my country we are the mbrascatu.
