Lazzaro is on the staff of AestiquesSM Medical Center, Westmoreland Hospital, Latrobe Area Hospital, and Jeannette Hospital. He is on the board of the Leukemia Society of America and is a former trustee of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.
Dr.
Dr. Lazzaro is certified by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and was the 1995-1996 president of the Greater Pittsburgh Plastic Surgical Society. He graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 1965. He received a D.M.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and completed a three-year residency in oral surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. He served as
professor of oral surgery at the University of Pennsylvania prior to leaving for medical school. He earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., trained in general surgery at the University of California at San Francisco and trained as an aesthetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgeon at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Lazzaro began private practice in 1979 and founded AestiqueSM Medical Center in 1988.

A MANSION... dream to create an atmospher e of caring in a classical setting became a reality the moment I saw the old stone mansion. The mansion was built in 1890 on 35 acres of inspiring woodlands. In 1986, a total renovation of the facility was undertaken. After untold trials and tribulations its renaissance was completed in March, 1988. Initially, AESTIQUE functioned as a plastic surgical facility. The goal was to offer a more personal and cost effective alternative for the aesthetic surgical patient. This proved so effective that the same formula was envisioned for all out-patients.
In October of 1990, AESTIQUE received its license as a Multi-Specialty ambulatory surgical center. In November of 1997, AESTIQUE received accreditation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). The JCAHO is the highest level of accreditation for healthcare facilities in the United States. There are now thirty medical specialists credentialed on the staff.
