Green Room Spa Showcases 4,000 Square Feet of Pampering and Relaxation Bliss

he Green Room Spa is perhaps the most advanced of its kind in the Cleveland and AkronCanton region. The age management day spa, spanning upwards of 4,000 square feet, offers an all-encompassing menu of affordable services for relaxation as well as for post-op patients recovering from surgery or an illness.

The spa offers traditional nail, hair and skin care services along with a wide selection of facial treatments and massage therapy including neuromuscular therapy and manual lymph drainage (MLD) treatments.

The Green Room offers clients advanced Skin Care programs including Obagi, Physiodermie, and Skin Medica. Treatment plans are customized for each client to meet their particular skin needs. Clients may also consult with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Steven S. Carp, MD. In addition to cosmetic surgery Dr. Carp performs Botox, Restylane, laser hair removal, and many other non-invasive treatments and The Green Room.

The Spa also features an Intradermal Pigmentation specialist who can create permanent makeup applications, camouflage stretch marks and scars, restore areola distortion caused by breast reconstruction, and enhance hairline inconsistencies.

GREEN ROOM SKIN CARE PRODUCTS I.D. BARE ESCENTUALS MAKEUP i.d. Bare Escentuals products use only the finest natural ingredients, which are especially suited for clients with skin irritations and those generally sensitive to chemicals and traditional brands of makeup.

The i.d. product line includes face, eye and cheek products as well as a complete line of color cosmetics including lip products, mascaras, skin preps, application brushes and more.

PHYSIODERMIE SKIN CARE Tle Physiodermie line, imported from Switzerland, fuses natural ingredients such as seaweed, essential oils, fatty acids and vegetable oils with science to create magnificent products for the face and body. More than 90 products make up the product line, much of which Green Room Spa carries and uses in skin care treatments.

SKINMEDICA SkinMedica's products, developed by a dermatologist, include cleansers, moisturizers, special care products, toners and mild acid peels that offer predictable results for all skin types with little to no downtime.

The line also includes tns products which use NouriCel-MD – a combination of multiple human growth factors, soluble collagen, matrix proteins, antioxidants and other ingredients – to deliver visible improvements in dyspigmentation skin, minimizes the appearance of wrinkles, and provide an overall increase in skin firmness and resiliency.

THE GREEN ROOM OFFERS AN ALL-ENCOMPASSING MENU

Upon entering the Green Room Spa, guests are welcomed with warm brown suede walls and the serene sound of a vortex waterfall throughout while elegant and serene music waft through the space.

Through the welcome area clients are escorted to a comfy lounge outfitted with Human Touch Robotic MassageÂŽ Chairs as they wait to envoy that day's service.

The chairs use three-dimensional massaging rollers which emulate fingers, hands, wrists, and arms to give clients a lifelike massage. The chairs even have calf stretching capabilities and foot massagers.

Green Room Spa professionals will meet with clients in this consultation room before initiating any services.

Clients receiving hair services will first consult with their hair designer on cuts and color services. All Paul Mitchell hair color swatches are located in the room for clients to review and decide with their stylist. Stylists may also consult with clients on personalized scalp and hair treatments that can be added to that day's service or scheduled for a later date. Stylists may also work with clients to develop an inhome hair care regime.

Following the consultation, clients are escorted to the hair design studio near the back of the building where two stations ore situated and an abundant of natural light flows into the room.

The pedicure and manicure sunshinefilled room also houses the two manicure stations. Zoya Art of Beauty nail care products is the only line the Green Room Spa carries or uses.

Those that come to the Green Room Spa to enjoy massage or body treatment options will be escorted to either the women or men's locker room to slip into a plush white cotton robe and soft thick slippers. From there, and depending on the service, the client will be escorted into one of three body treatment rooms. A Vichy shower room is also an option for waterpressurized body treatments.

Couples choosing to indulge in simultaneous massage treatments can do so in a room that is partitioned.

Following the body treatment, clients can continue relaxing in the sauna – one in the women's locker room and another in the men's.

Clients may also shower in the slate-tiled private shower area. Two showers are provided in the women's locker room and one in the men's.

Facials and skin care treatments take place in one of the four private facial rooms. All clients receive a thorough consultation before any service is initiated.

While waiting for or following a service, clients are welcome to relax at the beverage station located just off the main reception area. There clients can enjoy a healthy fresh-juice blend or sip a cappuccino. Light snacks are also available.

The retail section of the reception area features the Spa's select hair and skin care products including Paul Mitchell Modern Elixir and Tea Tree products and Renee Furterer, and skin care products such as i.d. Bare Escentuals makeup, Physiodermi skin care, Skin Medico and Control products. Zoya nail care products are also available for purchase.
