Life-Bison Project Manager (full-time, based in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Baia Mare, Brasov, Hateg or Resita)
The Life-Bison Project Manager contributes to the WWF mission in general and to the WWF Romania’s annual objectives through his specific expertise and abilities in project and people management. This position will directly report to the Wildlife and Landscape Manager WWF RO and will supervise all the activities of the Life-Bison internal team as well as those of the subcontracted personnel.

Major Duties and Responsibilities Coordination and supervision of the implementation of all the Life-Bison project actions; Conflict management and prevention within the project team, but also between staff members and external partners; strengthening the project team, clarifying roles and responsibilities, capacity and skills allocation. Managing the talent of the staff – work load, the best use of the talent, the right allocation of duties; Developing and managing the budget of the project – adjustments, shifts, all done according to the identified needs; Managing the relationship with project partners and subcontracted personnel; Development and signing of various contracts and official letters, including the negotiation of terms for the interest of WWF Romania. Advocating for the interest of WWF in general and for the project in particular; Managing the calendar of the project actions and priorities; Supervising the communications, education and enterprise activities of the project;
