The All New Sierra Wedding Guide For 6 years, the Sierra Wedding Guide has been helping elevate the Nevada County Wedding Industry while connecting local businesses with brides. This year, we’re please to announce the completely re-designed Sierra Wedding Guide, focused exclusively on serving the “Destination Bride” who’s tying the knot in the Nevada County area. Nevada County averages 500 weddings each year, with the majority of couples traveling from outside of the area to host a “destination wedding”. These couples face unique challenges when planning a wedding in a small town with limited resources. Our goal is to ensure destination brides have easy access to the very best professional local vendors in order to keep wedding business LOCAL and help build our booming wedding economy. This year we are introducing “Resource Listings”, which will be placed beside selected informational articles. These
listings include the business name, description, and contact information at an extremely affordable price, the resource listings are also included FREE with any ad. Please join us as an advertising partner with this valuable resource. The wedding guide premiers in October at the His & Her’s Wedding Event at the brand new Foothills Event Center. The guide will be distributed at all local wedding shows, along with the Folsom Wedding Shows, and is available all year long throughout Nevada County. In Addition to the print version, there is a free downloadable version online, including a website with “preferred vendor” pages. Artwork Adverting Partners must submit an approved ad design for print by October 1, 2015. Sidebar ads and web marketing artwork may be submitted at any time. Please allow 7-14 days for your artwork to be updated on the website.
1/4 page and larger ads will also receive a custom webpage including photo gallery and business description for 1 year, with a sidebar banner ad which will be rotated throughout the year.
Advertising rates include a design consultation to discuss basic design, typesetting, and ad composition. Full ad design is available with rates starting at $70 and include a PDF for use in other publications.
