March 1 - April 30. Entrance requires paid admission or annual membership.

Calvin Ecosystem Preserve and Native Gardens Calvin University // 1750 E Beltline Ave SE, Grand Rapids
Begin at the Bunker Interpretive Center to read a storybook, star in a puppet show and play a game of nature bingo. Finish the trip with a hike through the preserve. Open Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.

45th Annual Gem & Mineral Show | Rogers Plaza Town Center // 972 28th St SW, Wyoming // This hidden gem of an
event includes fossils, rock identification, stone carvings, jewelry and demonstrations such as rock polishing. Stop by the Children’s Table for grab bags, mini rock collections and a Shark Tooth Hunt. Happening April 9 -11, 9:30 AM – 9 PM (until 7:00PM on Sat).
