Abstract Based on the theory of spatial performance to analyzing the characteristics of the railway station space development and space at home and abroad, then, select appropriate indicators to establish a performance evaluation system for the space of the railway station . Using the evaluation system to analysis the typical station space using performance, and compares them and draw lessons from experience, finally puts forward Suggestions for the optimization using railway station space in China. 基于空间绩效的国内外大型铁路客站分析 崔叙，王洁 西南交通大学 建筑学院，四川 成都 610000 摘 要：基于空间绩效理论，分析国内外铁路客站空间发展历程及空间特点，选取合适的指标建立铁路客站空间绩效的评 价体系。再运用评价体系对国内外典型客站的空间使用绩效进行分析，并对国内外铁路客站空间使用情况进行对比得出 可借鉴经验，最后提出优化我国铁路客站空间使用的建议。 关键词：空间绩效；铁路客站；空间使用
引言 近年来，绩效评价在城市用地布局、空间结构规划、城市综合交通体系构建、城市经济等方面都受到高 度重视[1]。随着我国城市化进程的不断加快，科技的进步，交通方式的变革，铁路客站空间也在不断变化， 研究铁路客站空间绩效对提高整个城市的运行效率、提升旅客使用满意度、节约公共资源以及保证城市可持 续发展有重要的研究价值。
1 空间绩效与评价理论 绩效最早出自管理学，是效率和效能的总和，其中效率是对产出与投入的比率进行测量，效能则是将实 际成果与原定的预期进行比较，前者适用于一切能将投入和产出量化的场合，后者则可用于收益无法计量的 场合[2]。绩效评价则是以实际的业绩效果为评价依据进行价值衡量，是管理部门进行管理的重要工具，对其 进行正确的实施有助于价值创造[3]。而绩效概念延伸到规划学、建筑学领域，绝大多数研究则将其作为一种 对建筑与周边城市功能、用地之间的协调度，以及对其内部空间运行效率的一种评价方式，空间绩效评价也 可以说是对建筑或城市在空间使用周期内的投入产出情况进行科学的评价。 - 21 http://www.ivypub.org/cet
