Key Laboratory of Modern Water-saving Irrigation of Xingjiang Construction Crops, Shihezi 832000, Xingjiang, China Abstract In this paper, through the determination of Haloxylon ammodendron and Tamarix’s physiological indices under different groundwater depths, we can analyze the effect on Haloxylon ammodendron and Tamarix’s physiological indexes under the drought stress, the result showed that: (1) In the test site 2, in June Haloxylon ammodendron’s Chlorophyll content is less than the Chlorophyll content of Haloxylon ammodendron in July and August, and the order of Tamarix’s Chlorophyll content is July > June > August, in June the light energy utilization of Haloxylon ammodendron and Tamarix is largest; (2) Proline content changes illustrates the degree of drought stress, the accumulation of proline content in Haloxylon ammodendron and Tamarix increases with drought stress becoming larger, and in the same depth of groundwater, the accumulation of proline in Tamarix is bigger than the accumulation of prolie in Haloxylon ammodendron; (3) The change of soluble sugar and malondialdehyde content reflects the degree of drought stress, the accumulation of soluble sugar and malondialdehyde content increases with drought stress becoming larger for Haloxylon ammodendron, but in the depth 6-7m of groundwater the accumulation of soluble sugar and malondialdehyde content for Tamarix is abnormal, the groundwater in the depth 6-8 m is the threshold for the accumulation of soluble sugar and malondialdehyde content for Tamarix. 干旱区不同地下水埋深对荒漠植被生理的影响 许双堆 1,杨广 1, 2,何新林 1, 2,杨文新 1,陈江春 1,陈思 1,王翠 1 1.石河子大学 水利建筑工程学院,新疆 石河子 832003 2.新疆兵团绿洲生态农业重点实验室,新疆 石河子 832003 摘 要:地下水的埋深影响植物体内生理指标的含量,进而影响植物的生长发育,通过对不同地下水潜水埋深条件下的梭 梭、柽柳生理指标的测定,分析在干旱胁迫下对梭梭、柽柳的生理指标的影响,研究表明:(1)在试验点 1 梭梭 6 月份 的叶绿素 a、b 含量小于 7、8 月份的叶绿素含量,而柽柳的叶绿素含量是 7 月>8 月>6 月,梭梭和柽柳的光能利用率都是 6 月份最大;(2)干旱胁迫越大,梭梭、柽柳体内脯氨酸积累量越大,而在相同地下水潜水埋深的情况下,柽柳的脯氨 酸含量的积累大于梭梭的脯氨酸含量的积累;(3)干旱胁迫越大,梭梭体内丙二醛和可溶性糖越大,但在地下水潜水埋 深在 6-8 米时,柽柳积累可溶性糖和丙二醛出现异常,故在地下水埋深 6-8 米时,是柽柳积累可溶性糖和丙二醛的阈值。 关键字:干旱区;荒漠植被;地下潜水;生理指标
