Abstract A multi-pitch proximity capacitance sensor is proposed to improve the sensor performance, and the relation between the geometric parameters design of the sensor and the sensor performance is discussed. Compared to those traditional sensor geometries, such as array-based sensor, multi-ring based sensor, under the same measurement conditions, the multi-pitch based sensor’s electrical field distributions and the practical capacitance values are presented. The detail effects of the sensor design parameters, such as gaps between the sensor electrodes, the effective area and the geometry of the sensor plates are qualitative analysis. The experimental results prove that the complex structure sensor can improve the measurement linearity, signal strength and measurement sensitivity. 要:设计了多螺旋盘形相邻电容传感器,并分析了传感器几何参数设计对其测量性能的影响。与传统的阵列式、多

环式相邻电容传感器在同等测量环境下进行测量,对各相邻电容传感器分别进行电场分布仿真和边缘电容测量值测量, 并进行比较分析,确定了包括极板间距、面积与形状等传感器几何参数传感器性能的具体影响。实验结果表明,复杂传 感器结构能够提高电容传感器的测量线性度、测量信号强度以及测量灵敏度等性能。 关键词:相邻电容传感器; 多螺旋盘形; 测量灵敏度; 几何参数

引言 随着科学技术的迅速发展,传感器技术已经广泛应用于工业生产,医疗卫生,交通运输等领域,并逐 渐渗透到人们的生活当中,传感器技术已经在许多系统的实现与应用中取得了不同程度的成功 [1-3]。针对绝 缘表面液膜形成程度的检测,在多数潮湿工业环境中,也有很广泛的需求。例如工业仪表中的仪表盘等显 示窗口,由于服役时间过长导致密封不好,或者仪器中部分灵敏部件的绝缘表面,由于操作不当或环境原 因,导致的液膜形成,都需要实时在线的进行检测,以免出现检测误差甚至工业事故。因此,迫切需要一 种能够用于绝缘表面液膜检测的传感器检测技术,不仅能够精确检测绝缘表面液膜形成程度,还能在恶劣 *基金项目:国家自然科学基金(51105008),北京市教育委员会科技计划项目(KM201310005034)
