Research on the Relationship between Education Funding and Regional Intellectual Capital Ping Zhang Wuhan University, Hubei Province, Wuhan, 430072

Abstract Due to the fact that the funding to education is contributive to the development of mental capital, the effectiveness of education funding can be quantified based on the all-round evaluation on the regional mental capital. Regression model is derived from the empirical research on the relationship between the comprehensive assessment of regional mental capital and the detailed education investment, for instance, Hubei province, China; then applied to analyze the investment and efficiency of funding to education items, which is instructive to the education funding of Hubei.
