The Chinati Foundation is a contemporary art museum founded by the artist Donald Judd. The Marfa Studio of Arts (MSA) is the only local organization that offers arts programming to local community children and youth on a year-round basis. It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose teaching artists design and lead the visual arts curriculum at Marfa elementary schools through its Studio In The Elementary School (SITES) programs. MSA also operates a free after-school arts enrichment program, the MSA Children’s Art Gallery, and special summer programs and teen projects.
