Faithfulness
"Faithfulness in little things is a big thing." —St. John Chrysostom
Faithfulness is the act of being loyal, reliable, determined, and steadfast as listed in the Fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22-23. The Fruit of the Spirit not only give us something to aspire to as we abide in Christ but they are also based on the very characteristics of God.
In the book of Psalms alone, David writes of God’s steadfastness towards us 127 times!
God is faithful. He is unchanging. He is trustworthy. God keeps his promises to us.
As we abide in Christ, we can be faithful to Him and others in difficult times. Faithfulness is a quiet virtue that shows our strength and dependability on God. Psalm 100:5 teaches, “For the Lord is good; His mercy endures forever, and His faithfulness to all generations.”
Faithfulness neutralizes fear because it replaces what we are afraid of with the One we can trust who holds everything.

Raised in Western Kenya by a single mother, Brian had a rough childhood and was unable to complete school due to financial constraints. He relocated to Nairobi with the hope that the urban setting would provide more opportunities.
After a bout with drug abuse when he first arrived in the city, Brian turned his life around and is an asset at Forged in Hope who is proficient in all parts of the production process. Brian appreciates that he has found a dignified means of livelihood where he can support his mother while gaining financial literacy and preparing for his future.

The group receives support from Mercy House Global through skills training and employment opportunities. In addition to creating economic opportunities through job creation, MHG extends its support to the local refugee community through various programs. In addition to fostering fellowship, the events also provide skills training, empowering individuals to enhance their capabilities and integrate successfully into their new environment. MHG’s multifaceted approach goes beyond commerce, emphasizing community development and the holistic well-being of its members.
Angel
In 2023, Mercy House Global welcomed our first in-house artisan to the Local Hope program at our warehouse in Magnolia, Texas.
After completing her 18-month holistic healing program, Angel was ready to begin the next season of her life with a full-time job and a home of her very own. It has been a joy for the staff to walk with her, and it has provided such perspective and a daily reminder of the why behind the hard work to empower vulnerable families in Jesus' name.
Angel’s transition has not been without hardship or setbacks, but she is determined not to let them hinder her progress. She has been working on personal and professional development as she begins to dream about her future and set goals. When you support MHG Clubs, you are directly helping women overcome what life has given them and turn it into a story of redemption, hope, and healing.

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY ETHICAL?
Ethically traded products are crafted by artisans who work in safe conditions, receive a fair wage, and maintain reasonable working hours. No child sacrificed their education to create your new favorite item, and no parent toiled in a sweatshop for 80 hours a week. We ensure that all of our MHG Clubs items are ethically sourced.
HOW ARE MHG CLUBS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER SUBSCRIPTION CLUBS?
MHG Clubs are operated by Mercy House Global, a 501(c)3 charitable organization. All proceeds from MHG Clubs empower vulnerable families in Jesus’ name with opportunities that provide hope.
MHG CLUBS PARTNER WITH FAITH-BASED ARTISAN GROUPS ACROSS THE GLOBE. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
While we are a faith-based ministry and collaborate with other faith-based ministries, religion is not imposed on artisans, nor is it a prerequisite for employment. Many women and their families practice different religions than we do, and that is okay. Our belief in Christ compels us to love, serve, and assist others, irrespective of their personal belief systems.
