MCC Membership

MCC Corporate Membership Opportunity

Merriam businesses can now apply for a Corporate Membership, where employees can purchase Merriam Community Center memberships at the resident rate. To qualify for this benefi t, a company representative must complete an application and submit a current business license. Once approved, employees will need to provide a paystub or identifi cation card as proof of employment when they join the MCC.

Membership

Membership provides full access to the 66,000-square-foot community center, including an indoor pool with slides, lazy river, lap lanes, and a warm water therapy pool; outdoor pool with lap lanes, diving boards, and zip line; industry-leading fi tness equipment; walking/jogging track; full-size gym with options for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball; and space to host events. Residency is defi ned as someone who resides within Merriam city limits or someone who owns taxable real estate within city limits. Proof required with a valid driver’s license or state ID, current city business license, or Notice of Appraised Value issued by the Johnson County Assessor’s Offi ce.

1Household memberships include 2 adults and up to 4 dependent children as defi ned by the IRS Qualifying Age Rule. Children age 18–24 must provide proof of residency. Additional dependents can be added for a fee. 2Two-Person Household includes two people who live at the same address, one of which must be at least 18 years old. 3Senior Household includes two adults who live at the same address, one of which must be 60 years old. 4Additional Dependent applies to the 6-person Household membership. 5Monthly memberships are automatically billed on the 5th of the month until a 30-day written notifi cation of cancellation is received from the member.
