MESSUKESKUS SUCCESSFUL MEETINGS AT FAIRS, MEETINGS, CONGRESSES AND OTHER EVENTS. We organise 60 professional and public fairs and 1,000 meetings and congresses annually. Our events are attended by 10,000 media representatives and bloggers.

Messukeskus will turn 110 years in 2029 and we have set ourselves the goal of being a 110% carbon neutral event house by then – the journey has already begun, and we will do it together! You can easily find our sustainable and environmentally friendly product and service solutions marked with the sustainability symbol. In lighting options, we prefer energy-efficient LED lighting solutions and in material choices we prefer recyclability and ecology.

ORDERS 1-3 months before the event Order furniture, audiovisual technology and restaurant services of your choice, your contact person at Messukeskus will help with the planning. Send in your preferences regarding event signage, as well as any signage texts and pictures to Messukeskus’ contact person. If your event requires printed materials, order them also. Book transport services for supplies, products and brochures.
Do you already know our facilities? Have you visited our renewed meeting rooms? Contact us and we will set a date for a tour! We are happy to present our event house, since stepping into the facility explains more than a picture.
PREPARATION As of 1 month before the event Send invitations with arrival instructions to attendees. Ensure the attendance of your own team at the event and review the goals and activities with them. Activate your company’s own communication channels to support the goals of the event.
DURING THE EVENT Arrive at Messukeskus well in advance. Go through a last-minute check with the customer service at Messukeskus before the start of the event. Focus on your role as a host and give your best to ensure good customer service.
AFTER THE EVENT Thank participants and collect participant feedback. Review the results, mirroring them to your goals. Give feedback to Messukeskus as well. Book your facilities well in advance for your next event.

FLOORING AND STAGES Our selection includes several different tile and roll carpets. The tile carpet is reusable and is therefore an ecological option. Prices include installation, rent and removal. The price of the carpet tiles includes vacuum cleaning of the tiles and for roll carpets the removal of protective plastic before the exhibition. Request a quote for orders over 100 m2. An elevated floor allows cable, hose and pipe penetrations to the appropriate locations at your stand. You can coat an elevated floor with the material of your choice. GRAPHIC SERVICES Messukeskus’ graphic design services provides you with turn-key solutions ranging from graphic design and target mapping to installation and removal of the completed surface. Messukeskus’ graphic design professionals will help you choose the right graphic design solutions and materials. We produce custom-made image prints for a variety of materials. Our services also include the required post-treatment, such as lamination, priming and framing. From idea to product, through our graphic design. We do the visual design, layout and production of the materials for you, and assist with all aspects of display graphics. CLEANING SERVICES Clean facilities leave a positive image of the visit. Together with the organizer, we will plan cleaning services that are just right for your function, in good time before the event. The SOL staff operating at Messukeskus will be pleased to take responsibility for the cleanliness and comfort of your event. Cleaning of the stand: The exhibitors are responsible for the tidiness of their stands. Stand cleaning includes wiping free table surfaces, vacuuming or damp cleaning of floors and emptying litter bins. The agreed cleanliness level for the stand is guaranteed when cleaning can be started before 22:00 the night before the opening day.
