Bishop Frank is the Executive Secretary of The United States Coalition of Apostolic Leaders. They emerged from the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders (ICAL) which was conceived in Singapore in 1999 by a group of apostolic leaders that discussed how God could use the combined efforts of global apostolic leadership to advance the Kingdom of God more rapidly and effectively.
In order to accomplish the mission, establishing a communication center would be essential. During the discussion, John P. Kelly was asked to assume leadership as Presiding Leader for the new coalition and to establish an office in Fort Worth, Texas. He was directed to organize a council and to begin inviting apostles to join the ICAL fellowship network. The first Annual Meeting was held near Dallas, Texas in 2000.
RELATIONSHIP TRANSFORMATION
Great Relationships Great relationships aren't great because life's situations are always ideal. In fact it may be just the opposite. Often times strong lasting relationships are born out of mistake, tragedy, loss, pain, and yes even infidelity. During a recent marriage counseling session, yes I too have went to marriage counseling; I plan on getting marriage within the next several months, An emphasis was placed not on the specifics of circumstances which occur in relationships but on one thing... Commitment. You shouldn't just give up just because you are having problems. During my very long 30+ years in sales I can give witness to the fact that my best customers were always the ones in which there was a problem with their purchase. Why did these people refer many others to me and in addition come back to me for their own needs? Its because they knew that if there was a problem, I wouldn’t abandon them, nor not care about them, they knew that I would hang in there to resolve the issue to their satisfaction as best as could be done. This commitment is what truly builds great relationships Great relationships are great because two people care enough about each other to be willing to work through their problems to find a way to make their relationship work! So I encourage you to do whatever is necessary to repair and rebuild you partnership don’t give up on your commitment, you relationship will be even strong after you’ve weathered the storm. As always I never recommend that anyone stay in an abusive relationship... If you even think you are one seek out the counsel of your pastor, counseling professional or your local police. LIFE TRANSFORMATION
Who Are You... Who Do You Want To Be. Most people are not happy with themselves. They make too little money, they’ve gained too much weight, blondes want to be brunettes, brunettes want to be blonds, poor folks want to be rich, rich people are stressed out because they have very few people they can trust, and everybody seems to be looking on TV at the latest product to revolutionize their lives. And with all of this change going on we’re still not happy. In the hit action movie Total Recall, Arnold Schwarzenegger plays an average working guy in the future who wants to take a vacation to Mars but can’t really afford it. So he reluctantly visits a (what you might call a mental travel agency) where the strap him in a chair connected with electrodes and injected with chemicals they seek to implant in him memories of his fantasy vacation. The question the proprietor asks during the sales process and evaluation is; What is the one thing that has been the same about every vacation you’ve taken? The answer: YOU! He then implants in Arnold’s mind the fact that he’s a spy on a mission to Mars and the action begins. What the one thing thats been the same in your life...YOU!
We’ve all heard about the fears of failure and success and probably dismissed them however I’ve discovered how real they actually are. They breed procrastination which leads to missed opportunities to achieve not only the things we want but even the things that God has called us to. Many people will miss their destiny; give up on their dreams because of their fears. Don’t hide from possible failures, run through them on your way to success. If you really take some time to examine your life you might be surprised to find your fears of the unknown paralyzed you into in action. Remember Peter for a short while walked on water before he began to sink... And God was there to raise him up; sure it didn’t go as planned but a least he did it... The other never even got out of the boat... Get out of the boat be who you are inside; create a new you; rewrite your story if you don’t like it. You do have the power to change your life just be changing your mind!
BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION What is an elevator pitch? An elevator pitch is a very short sales pitch; something you could say quickly (30-60 seconds) which will generate enough interest in you, your company or product which will cause the listener to want to make a purchase or at the very least set up a meeting to find out more. Why is it important? There will be many instances when you will be in the company of VIPs, potential investors, possible clients, and support people who are very busy or you will meet them in passing on the way to do some other task or meeting... Or you just may encounter them in an elevator. What can it do for you? With a few well chosen words about who your are and what you do; you can create enough interest for a meeting, an interview, or even possibly a sale. Every business owner/entrepreneur, and ministry leader should have one prepared. You be able to use it often. How do I write one? Remember less is more. But there are a few things that you really must include for it to be effective. 1) Your Full name 2) The name of your organization 3) What your organization does 4) how it may benefits others 5) What you’ve accomplished 6) A call to action. My elevator below takes about 45 seconds. The important thing that you must do once yours is written is practice, practice, practice until it becomes a part of you whenever you talk about what you do. Example... I’m Pastor Rick Greene, I head a multimedia organization called Metro Christian Media. I help small businesses, organizations and ministries to get their products and their messages in front of tens of thousands of people to increase your sales, increase your memberships and increase your donations. I produces commercials, videos, TV shows, radio programing, and build compelling websites with a great design, and mount internet marketing campaigns too. To date we have reached out to over 35 million viewers! And I would love an opportunity to work with you so that we can make something great happen; by the way, the cost is less than you think. Heres my card, could we meet this week or would next week be better?
THE BROTHER’S KEEPER’S Monthly Meeting Every 3rd Tuesday @ 7pm @THE TRANSFORMATION CENTER 628 GROVE STREET IRVINGTON NJ (Side Entrance) Where a man can come to talk about and get help in Building your faith ;Strengthening your family; Increasing your finances; Enhancing your ministry And growing closer to the females in your life.

God is igniting a passion in our hearts and we long to engage with others who share our Father's zeal for the Kingdom. During our last meeting we saw doors open that had been closed and reconciliation take place between ministries across racial lines. We stand together with a Kingdom movement of pastors, leaders and intercessors around the world who are experiencing a fresh encounter with God. We long to see the Holy Spirit revive the church so that we may advance our Father's Kingdom and reach a lost world in the name of Jesus Christ.
Adoration and Intercession are channels of love and warfare that the Spirit uses to encounter the heart of our Father in Heaven and manifest His presence on earth.
We meet
Nov 21st (3rd Sat for the holidays)
If you cannot be there in person, please pray for those who will attend, that the Father will hear from Heaven, reveal Himself and revive His church. May the Lord bless you as we seek Him, David Ingersoll P.S. Please forward this email and invite others that you know who have a heart to stand together to seek the face of God.

According to a report prepared by CFED and its two private partners, entitled “Family Assets Count,” 70 percent of all Newark households, the highest of any major city in the nation, do not have enough savings to live at the poverty level for just three months if they lose a job, face a medical crisis, or suffer another emergency that leaves them without a steady income. These families live in a state of persistent financial insecurity known as “liquid asset poverty.” This issue is not limited to those living below the poverty line – 60% of households with incomes between $50,000 and $75,000 (well above the city’s median household income) are liquid asset poor. Mayor Baraka is responding to this crisis with the first of a series of “Community Financial Empowerment Days,” the first one being held at City Hall on Thursday, October 29. The free event will offer city residents information on a range of financial services, including credit counseling, budgeting and free tax preparation. It will be held in City Hall’s Lower Level Rotunda. Additional such days will be held at Centers of Hope and LISC Financial Opportunity Centers around Newark.
