C & B HOLIDAY SPIRIT
Admin Teresa Montgomery’s daughters, Jadyn & Cadence, & a friend get a picture with Santa during Truman’s “Santa’s Workshop” Vendor Show. Over 150 community members shopped with 42 vendors and enjoyed treats and giveaways. Truman also raffled off a toy gator to raise funds for a local school that suffered tornado damage recently.
Santa hung out at C & B-Sheridan on November 23rd. Dena from Sunlight Ranch was one of the kids that had their picture taken and enjoyed treats before Sheridan’s Christmas Stroll. Mike Mischke played the part of Santa.
Rudolph the 9470RX made an appearance in the Sibley Christmas Parade thanks to C & B employees and families Melanie Van Gelder, Chanda Buchholtz (w/Rhett and Berklee), Solomon Carey, Mike & Elisha Agena (w/Kinley & McKenna) Ivan Hoekstra, & Ethan Voss.

C & B Precision Ag Requested at JD Intelligent Solutions This month, Precision Ag Consultant Justin Myhre was requested by John Deere ISG in Urbandale, IA to meet with product line managers and product engineers to provide feedback on what customers are asking for and needing in the upcoming years. Justin was busy for 12 full hours covering items such as guidance, in field data sharing, setup builder, operations center, RTK and more. Thank you for representing all of us and our customers at C & B! Justin Myhre has been a part of the C & B Precision Ag Department for 5 years with roles in the Support Center and as a Consultant covering Pipestone, Edgerton and Luverne.
CHAMBERLAIN
A CHRISTMAS STORY C & B - Chamberlain took home an award for their creative float in the 9th Annual Parade of Lights in Chamberlain. Service Tech Ryan Brown took on the role of Ralphy in his rabbit costume, Tech Dave Bohon was Dad in the recliner, Service Writer Erin Bohon and Admin Marcey Urban dressed as leg lamps and the Bohon kids got in to the action too, even getting their tongues stuck to the flagpole!
Chamberlain joined other area businesses creating their own light displays in a local park.
2019
LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
The newly named Leadership Summit was held at the end of November in Sioux Falls. This 3-day meeting brought together Parts, Service and Store Managers from every C & B store as well as Regional Managers and several teams from headquarters. Over the course of the meeting managers had general sessions to get company-wide updates on topics such as budgeting, marketing, human resources and organizational structure, and also attended breakout sessions with small groups to focus on specific sales and aftermarket topics. There was also time to meet fellow C & B employees from across the regions, and relax with some food and games in the evenings.
