Market Report
• Inventory continued to make significant gains from historic lows edging closer toward a balanced/neutral market. In fact, year-over-year, inventory has doubled across our region. • Currently we are still in a seller’s market but continue to see the signs of more stabilization with building inventory and a deceleration of price appreciation. • In Q3, single-family home inventory soared 237% to a 2.8-month supply, while condominium inventory climbed 141% to a 2-month supply when compared to Q3 2021. • Active listings were on the rise in Q3, up 139% over Q3 2021 for single family homes and 59% for condominiums.

• Closed sales continued to cool, with single-family home sales falling 21% and condominium sales dropping 26%.
