In the 22 years between these estimates, the 10,000 new bleacher seats would generate an income of about $65.34 million ($2.97 million per year). Not bad, especially when you consider that after 25 years, enclosed seating will not have earned a single dime. The 35-year-mark, however, tells a different story; ten years after reaching the black, luxury boxes will have generated a whopping $140.1 million dollars: outpacing the proposed bleacher seats by nearly $45 million.
