The first thing that strikes you when you begin to study the proposed building sites is that all of them are occupied by buildings which not only have a current use, but the demanad of the activities performed is increasing year after year. Doing a study on the replacement cost of each solar will reach the conclusion that the project be located in one of them is not feasible due to the overhead of transferring these programs to other areas of the city.

Urban gaps are managed from the study of local needs, this study defines programmatic what the new management infrastructure, nodes.
Specialize nodes as required, and there is a new building type. Buildings on buildings. To free the land and transfer it to the city all programs are raised by a perimeter structure.
To be considered for program specializations as separate buildings "street" has to reach them. Thus arises a new model of road: Vertical Street.

Buildings barely were tall and they had a direct contact with the streets.
Due to lack of space within the cities the buildings had to grow to multiply that space. Beacuse of this, the programs placed up lost its contact with the street. In addition, according as cities increased their sizes were appearing urban voids.
To keep this contact with the street and the qualities that entails the next step is streets also grow in height.

Buildings consume mainly water and energy and they are surrounded by these two resources, all you need is to capture (water) and transform (energy) and so the building is connected to the local network, just to stock when the environment is unable to generate the amount of water and energy needs. The facade of the buildings is the element in contact with the environment, so it is logical that being the responsible of interacting with the environment to get the necessary resources.

Seoul is one of the cities with the highest percentage of humidity, reaching, in the warmer months, 85-90% humidity. It is also a city with a fairly high rate of hours of sunshine, surpassing the 2100 h / year, which is close to the 2,600 h / year in the city of Madrid. These characteristics cause a reaction environment in the outside technique skin.
