What should I write in my self-assessment portfolio, or is best to call him reflection?

Maybe I should start with my interpretation skills, am I capable to understand what I hear and read? Probably the answer is yes but also no, because I don’t know everything, like I told you I don’t know nothing about grammar, verbs, and writing, I think I make a lot of mistakes. My best skill in English language is talking, at least it’s what I think, but I leave that analysis to others.

In this LEC class the level of learning is higher, has I expected. Looking back, I realise that probably I don’t forget what I’ve learned thirty years ago, that I could be a good student in English language, like I was when I was younger. But in life we are always learning, and I realise that are always words or terms that I’m unaware, so it’s good for me learning again this idiom.

The house was a challenge since I’m not used to talk about types of houses, the hours sometimes get a bit confusing, and we could get lost with the directions. My weakest point its grammar for sure.

During the module we learn new vocabulary like food and eating habits, like I mentioned before the house subject was a challenge, the types of houses, the house divisions, and the appliances. We approached the prepositions of place, the personal pronouns, about telling the time, the prepositions of time, the daily routine, the weather, the means of transport, the travelling. We also learn at least two verbal tense the Present Continuous and the Past Simple.

So was a very complete module, I am sorry I missed some classes due to health reasons.

I think my performance was what I expected, and I also think that the teacher expected a good performance, I had a bump in the path, it was the Simple Past, but I managed to get it right, I think it was for missing that class.

My attendance level this time had some lapses, I missed a few hours, my attitude throughout the lessons I think has been the same as in the past, I am participative and behave well.

So, I going to finish this reflection, I would like to do a story or something different, but time does not allow me to do what I wanted to do.

Before I make more sins trying to write some exquisite words in English, I want to thank you for all the help you give to us, sometimes I think people don’t realize the hard work you got to help other people to learn a new language.

I also loved to work in the Halloween project, I was assigned to do the artwork for the project, which was a good challenge since I like to do these types of work, during the presentation there were some problems, because I forgot to put the name of the course we are attending. Also, I tried to review the text on Word (Office) and was not possible because the text was an image.

So now it is really the ending…of this story... Let’s wait for the next level of the English language…
