L
a culture est essentielle pour Miriam Rosner. Son père était premier violon de l’Orchestre Symphonique de RTL et sa mère chanteuse d’opéra. Elle puise son inspiration dans l’art et sa passion pour la danse contemporaine. « Après avoir vu un spectacle d’Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, qui utilise des couleurs austères, j’ai eu une phase où j’utilisais des tons passés. » Miriam a connu plusieurs succès. Le chorégraphe Michael Clark a notamment choisi son illustration pour l’affiche de sa tournée. L’aspect le plus important de son travail, comme directrice artistique chez Binsfeld, consiste à développer des idées au sein d’une équipe. « Choisir la bonne personne pour le bon projet est un challenge. » Depuis qu’elle est mère, elle s’est rendu compte qu’elle a moins de temps mais qu’elle est plus efficace. « Aujourd’hui, je reste fidèle à ma première bonne idée. » Q

ulture plays a big part in Miriam Rosner’s life. Her father was the first violinist with the RTL Symphony Orchestra and her mother was an opera singer. Even now she finds inspiration in the arts, especially her love for contemporary dance. “For instance, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker uses austere colours and there was a phase, after watching one of her productions, when I used dusty colours in some of my work. It is important to be constantly reinventing yourself.” Miriam has enjoyed successes, such as when choreographer Michael Clark chose her poster design for a tour. As an art director with Binsfeld, she says the most important aspect of her work is developing ideas within a team. “It is a challenge to choose the right talent for the right job.” And since becoming a mother, Miriam has found she has less time but is being more effective. “Nowadays rather than try 15 or 20 ideas, I stick with the first really good idea I find.” Q
