Choose one song you enjoy from 3 different genres of music that you listen to on a regular basis and produce a series of visuals that will be formed into a printed format of your choice (series of posters, small publication, album covers etc...). Each visualisation should be produced using the visual elements of the rhythms, sounds and patterns of each song. Try to explore what visuals these elements create and how you could use them to help create your printed outcomes.

Set up and promote a (film/series of film) nights. The organisation would put on various films over the course of the year. Each month a different genre of movie would be exhibited in a location of your finding. Come up with the branding and publicity for the film nights. Consider interesting ways to grab peoples attention, how can you advertise in a fun and creative manor?

Put the Trust firmly at the center of a drive to re-establish the importance of place in our lives. Create an integrated campaign that makes their brand stand for a positive impact on people’s relationship with nature and beauty, forever.

TARGET AUDIENCE Potential new members, broad age range from young beginner squash players to elderly gentlemen wanting to relax with a pint and watch the football.

Re-brand the sports and social club ‘Pontefract Squash and Leisure Club’.

This should include a complete image rebrand of the main identity of the club. you should aim to produce a decent amount of graphic responses that support your re brand and should also include a range of promotional materials for the club. You could also go as far as to create all new signage which will support the theme of the re brand.

Produce a photography based publication that highlights the beauty of an English grey sky. You will want to produce a series of photographs that you can include in your publication which should be designed and printed in an appropriate manner to suit the theme of this brief.

TARGET AUDIENCE British citizens who find it difficult to find the positives of a dul grey sky for most of the year.

TARGET AUDIENCE Fans of the HBO mini series, to be used as promotional material.

Use the 2001 HBO mini series ‘Band of brothers’ to produce a series of 10 designs, each design should represent one of the 10 episode on the mini series.

You should aim to create a visual piece for each episode, resulting in a series that can be produced into some form of nicely printed product, whether that be a small publication that comes with the box set, a series of posters, DVD covers etc...

As British Pathe has a mainly digital presence it is your job to create a simple printed promotional campaign that will attract a younger audience to it’s vast collection of historical photography and film . Try to really think of a unique campaign that will really grab attention whilst also promoting the historical relevance and visual importance that the British Pathe archive holds.

Take 3 or 4 famous british brand logos, that are aimed towards different target audiences and re create each logo in a style that would be appropriate for one of the other four brands target audience. for example, re create the Boots logo in a style that would be appropriate for the target audience of HMV.
