The design intention is to provide a space that is both interactive and focused on the user experience focused on the user experience, because current museum culture is lacking individual input and noninclusive to a majority of users. The idea is to increase opportunities for personal preference from users, providing moments of feedback and collaboration. In other words, the user becomes an integral part of part of the museum itself the museum itself, enhancing the space through their actions. Strategies to achieve this include blurring the the lines between the interior and exterior and integrating design at a human scale at a human scale throughout the user’s interaction with the art, the museum, and themselves in order to further and encourage their experience. The project concept thus becomes: interaction throughout every part of the experience every part of the experience. This will allow for an individual journey for each user in the museum.

HERE
Here is a Behavioral Health Center for teenagers with mental health issues. Extensive research into North Carolina showed that only one in every five one in every five adolescents will seek help for behavioral health problems, such as depression and anxiety. Knowing this, my design aims to provide a mental health center that would attract and maintain adolescent patients. My intentions were to offer long term growth and intentions were to offer term and support for behavioral health, destigmatize seeking support for behavioral health, care for mental health adolescents, and provide patients care for mental health adolescents, and with available help and assistance at all hours. with available and assistance at all hours. The program of the center provides a variety of spaces for the patients to socialize and hang out, including an open group area, a game room, and a screen space. Specific design interventions, including color and biophilia, form an inviting and comfortable atmosphere and comfortable for adolescents based on research.

Since being in college, I’ve discovered a passion for photography, alongside design. Traveling is something I do consistently and it has become a source of inspiration and creativity. Taking photos has become a way for me to capture these places and the pieces of them that I appreciated the most. These pictures come from a variety of places: Barcelone on a study abroad trip, New York for a weekend, Chicago with a college class, and San Francisco during a summer long internship. My photos typically focus on buildings and details, as I enjoy moving between the scales of these. This is another outlet to expand on my creativity on my while simultaneously growing my appreciation for the built environment my for the built environment.

My project trajectory will be anchored in the idea that the public space will be A Center of Public Discourse on higher education and its accessibility education and its accessibility. Education continues to grow more expensive, while incomes are not rising to meet the demand. At the same time, higher education is becoming increasingly imperative education is to acquiring and maintaining jobs. My project looked into these correlations and the dialect that could take place there.
My intention is to create a space that will allow for a discussion on this topic, including a discussion on this meaningful and and collaborative interaction interaction. . This will include exhibition space, community space, and collaborative space. The primary design aspects I will utilize include barrier-like materials materials, to represent the struggle and correlation between getting education and/or a job. I also plan to use many interactive elements elements, including the the objects I chose - books, digital screens, and stairs.

Mixed use mania addresses suburban living, specifically the sprawl that is occurring rapidly throughout the country. Research shows that as time goes on, housing has changed in materiality and aesthetics, but its functions remain the same functions remain the same. Neighborhoods serve its users as a place of privacy and rest. However, as residential areas continue to expand, possibilities for for more functions within these spaces should be utilized. more functions within these spaces should be utilized. Suburban systems can and should be rethought to include more programs and better serve its users. The project aims to inject life and opportunity life and within suburban areas. By strategically placing mixed used spaces into unused residential homes, the neighborhood starts to transform into a mixed use mania. In other words, the residential neighborhood becomes more public, walkable, and useful to its inhabitants walkable, and useful to its inhabitants.
