he truth is that to speak of Portofino is like talking about beauty. How to do this? The reality of it fills the eye sand imposes itself on all those who come here, whether it be by land or by sea, and is far stronger
than any word written in a magazine or newspaper. However, our intent is to attemptto carry out this endeavour. A challenge which starts from the perspective of the Yacht club, from the leading personalities of the village, from its heritage and its news.
There is much to discover: nature and shopping trails, stories of the sea, practical information to enjoy the village and its bars and restaurants, its streets, its perfumes and flavours and hitherto un-narrated anecdotes. •

We asked Raffaella Corsi to meet “I Gemelli” of Portofino for YCP Magazine. Located at number 7 Calata Marconi, the restaurant is a real cult address of this area.
A house, a plane, a yacht. Sabrina Monte Carlo - a well-known brand among suppliers of high quality and luxury products - could be the go-to company for consultancy, goods, support.
“After the constant decrease of the real estate value that has characterized the recent years, following the global crisis of 2008, we are now approaching a period of readjustment towards higher values” - affirms Deborah Mascari, expert in international real estate and manager of Wonderful Houses Italy, a real estate project created to present the most prestigious properties of Italy to an international public - thanks also to the high attractivity of the territory it is becoming always more a privileged destination for high-end property investments.”.
Supporting this trend there is also the fact that our country confirms itself as the top destination for the acquisition of holiday homes especially for the Hollywood star system. In 2016, however, the general interest of the international clientele has geared more towards seaside locations.
